Im a little upset with Subway near Hospotal in Ripley! I placed order on their website at 345pm Sunday 09-14 for pick-up at 5pm. I paid online because REQUIRED TOO!! I go over at 5pm to pick up and they said *guy and extremely rude vocal lady We dont have your order! They could not make the order based on my receipt of payment! I asked for refund! I have to collect from Subway Corporate...nothing they can do.! I realize its not these employees fault but could not understand why they would not make it based on my receipt of payment. No manager in store to help me! The lady employee has NO Customer Service Ability...she kept escalating me by being RUDE! The guy at least tried to find order in his system! They did nothing other than stand there telling what they couldn't do and she was so freaking rude about it! He kept shaking his head! He at least told me manager Megan would be there tomorrow for help to call her When I got home I researched and found not only did it pend out on my credit card but actually attempted TWICE to charge me! I will NEVER order online again! I will NEVER go to the Subway by hospital I WILL dispute charges w my Credit Card I WILL complain to Customer Service I WILL leave bad reviews on Google & Yelp ***I just wanted to warn the public of Ripley! Order at your own risk & I sincerely wish you LUCK!! *** Employees did not have name tags or I would be blasting it on here!! read more

It looked like we were getting back on a freeway ramp trying to find this place but we were glad to find something quick and healthy-ish in a small area. The middle aged brunette who works here has zero personality and shouldn't be in a front of house position. The young woman with the blue/green ponytail, on the other hand, was very sweet. Bathrooms were clean. Salad bowls are constantly shrinking, there's probably 1oz of meat in this thing. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but when there's few options, you take what you can get. read more

Subway - Rotisserie chicken salad. Hardly any chicken, and the bowl is so tiny. Definitely over priced considering the size and how little meat. - Sandwiches Near Me - Ripley, West Virginia

Went to the location across from Jackson general hospital. Attempted to order a footlong Philly with bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, steak, peppers and onions heated. I don't know if the lady was in a hurry and just not listening or if she was stoned out of her mind but after trying to explain to her 3 different times that I wanted everything BUT the bread heated she just continued to put everything on the bread and toasting it. I finally got fed up trying to explain it to her and went to a different location where they actually got my order correct with no problems. I would avoid this location it's more of a hassle than it's worth if you want subway in Ripley go to the Subway in Walmart. The service is like night and day between the two read more

Jerome Sandycock here, renowned subway aficionado! i must say, the atmosphere in this subway is just impeccable. staff are odd, but the food is just as good as every other subway on this earth! PASSING! Sandycock approved! read more

SHAME on the owner of this Subway. I got here at 12:30, that's right - lunch rush for those who are apparently new to the restaurant business, and there is only one employee working. The people waiting in front of me said that there was only one person working the last time they came here for lunch. Absolutely absurd! Been standing in line for 20 minutes. Two people behind me have already left. There are a lot of Subways out there, avoid this one. I just feel bad for the lone girl behind the counter. read more

One of the worst Subways I've eaten at. I went here about 11am and they were out of spinach. The bread was burnt on my toasted sub and the service was adequate but impersonal and brusk. FYI, this location does not do rewards points. I'd recommend continuing on to the next subway along the interstate instead of stopping here. read more

This subway overcharges. They tried to tell me that I asked for extra cheese when in fact I only asked for the triple cheddar shredded for cheese on a protein bowl. I know it's only another 60 cents but it's the moral of the situation. I tried to tell the supervisor that I didn't ask for extra cheese but she was persistent that I did. Very unprofessional employees at this location. read more

I would give the subway in Ripley zero stars if I could it's the subway where the hospital is on hospitality Drive. Space OK anyway we went in there and got some subs and there was a blond haired girl with her hair string and down in the front and she was it almost touch the counter and she was making sandwiches which I think is disgusting then another girl took off her hat and did her head like shake her head a little bit and she was right where the soup and stuff is and then she took her hand with a glove on it and stroke the top of her head It was the most disgusting thing that I have seen in a while there is no reason why you're in police need to have their hair stringing down in the face it what they need to take up their hat into their hair like you know give their hair back and forth with the head of instructor head with a glove and then start making food again that is vile and disgusting I will get a hold of the Food Panda more people or who ever they are about the matter if it's not to care of the next time that I going to the subway if I use a string haired girl there or someone take up their hat and shake their head I will go straight to the food and our people and let them know what is going on this is got to stop because that was very gross and disgusting I took my sandwiches and threw them in the trash and went and got McDonald's that's how disgusting and grossed out I was I Gallagh the namaz threw up as I was getting in the car that's disgusting read more

It was tricky to find. Then when I did find it the entrance was almost invisibile. Thumbs down on the location. Service was great.

The young guy that opened on Saturday the 17th of Sept was the best sandwich artist I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing. I was with a party of 5 and we all gave him our order. He didn't need us to repeat anything. This kid knew his stuff. It was one of the best subway subs I've ever had. We informed him that we were out of town and for the most part our first time in West Virginia. He gave us some tips on where to go and things to see. This guy needs a raise or his own store for sure. read more

I always love coming to this Subway! The staff is friendly, store is clean, and the food is always fresh! They also do in-store deals you can't get at other Subways. Highly recommend this store! read more

I have ate at this place for years. Recently though the quality has went down hill and the prices have risen. Recently bought a footlong seafood sub with double meat and a large drink and it was over $12. Used to be around $8 but they raised the price of he sandwich by over $1 and raised the price on the meat as well and the portions of meat are smaller. They got me once, not again. There are better restaurants in Ripley that are cheaper. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the people are nice. read more
