The macaroni and cheese was runny with liquid in it. The potato wedges were not fully cooked as if the staff was in a rush to serve customers in the drive thru. I had already had a problem in the same store at lunch time on the same day. The young lady in the drive thru window did not understand English very well and therefore she messed up my order. I had to get out the car and come to try to get a refund. The managers did not apologize initially. After about 10 minutes I stopped one of the managers that came from the back and I told her my problem. She did her best to try to fix the problem. Later, the manager on the serving line finally apologized. I was told that Lees Chicken was one of the best in Richmond. Well, I have had three bad experiences in less than a week and a half. I tried to give this establishment a chance three times. First, you have to fully cook the food before you sell it to customers or someone is going to get sick lick we did.
