We pull up to order, and the girl asks me to wait. After about 5 minutes, I start placing my orders. I ask for sweet tea with one of my items, and they don't have any. I ask for onion rings with another one, and they don't have any. I pull up and pay. As I'm waiting for my card back, the girl at the window and another employee are arguing about something. I get my drinks and she asks me to pull up and they will bring my orders out to me. We wait for about 10 minutes and someone brings my order to us. Didn't say anything, just stuck the bags out to me like it was an inconvenience we were there. We check the order and immediately see a problem. We ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich. It was the first thing I ordered. My wife tried to go inside and the door was locked. Door said dining room closed at 10pm but it was locked and some of lights were off. They reluctantly opened the door. My wife told them we didn't get our sandwich and the girl at counter argued with her that she didn't hear us order it. Ironically, one employee, who was sitting in the dining room, heard us order it. She reluctantly asked had an employee make it (and did not key it into her terminal), but told my wife she would have to pay "cash". My wife said no because we knew she had no intent on putting that money in the drawer. These employees, with the exception of one who made the chicken sandwich, were very immature, rude and unprofessional. I truly hope some changes get made here!!! I only put one star because it made me. They don't deserve any star.

Perfect Pit Stop in Newton, Mississippi!…read more If you're cruising down the interstate and looking for a delicious dinner stop, the Hardee's in Newton, Mississippi is a MUST! After a long day of driving, this place was the perfect spot to refuel. The staff was super friendly and quick, making the whole experience smooth and easy--just what you want when you're hungry and ready to hit the road again. I had the Monster Burger with a Peach Shake, and honestly, it was amazing. The burger was massive, juicy, and loaded with flavor, and that peach shake? Totally hit the spot--so creamy and refreshing. The fries were hot and crispy, just how I like them. My wife went with the chicken tenders, and I swear, they were the best she's ever had! The tenders were perfectly crispy, and the Kickin' Dipping Sauce was the perfect balance of spicy and tangy. We both left super satisfied. To top it off, the sweet tea was mmmmmm good--just the right amount of sweetness to make it the perfect companion to the meal. The best part? The whole meal was a great value--portions were generous, and the prices were more than reasonable for the quality of food we got. The restaurant was spotless, including the restrooms, which is always a huge plus when you're traveling. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the team here takes pride in their work, and it really made the experience stand out. Whether you're on a road trip or just passing through, this Hardee's in Newton is definitely worth a stop for a tasty meal and great value. We'll be back! WE will make this our regular stop on the trip through Mississippi!! Bring Hardee's to TEXAS!!
