Didn't say anything, just stuck the bags out to me like it was an inconvenience we were there. We check the order and immediately see a problem. We ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich. It was the first thing I ordered. My wife tried to go inside and the door was locked. Door said dining room closed at 10pm but it was locked and some of lights were off. They reluctantly opened the door. My wife told them we didn't get our sandwich and the girl at counter argued with her that she didn't hear us order it. Ironically, one employee, who was sitting in the dining room, heard us order it. She reluctantly asked had an employee make it (and did not key it into her terminal), but told my wife she would have to pay "cash". My wife said no because we knew she had no intent on putting that money in the drawer. These employees, with the exception of one who made the chicken sandwich, were very immature, rude and unprofessional. I truly hope some changes get made here!!! I only put one star because it made me. They don't deserve any star.
