One general never won a war alone. Capable soldiers are needed too. My visit here found the artistry and vision, but not the execution. The restaurant is set up in a cafeteria fashion herding patrons through a line. Often the posted menu items being served run out with large gaps occuring before they are replenished. The batches quality is varying because each time an item is never cooked the same. The service wait time is epic causing the customer line of many different races to start at the door. Thats a major flag because the place is only open for five hours and closes. The pricing of a dinner plate consisting of a meat option, two choices of various sides, a bread selection, bottomless lemonade or tea for dine-in patrons, and a dessert was on the spendy side to me, however, I think that's the norm now in this present economy. Overall, I give the food a six. My next visit should be better because I know the chef is good enough to right this ship and get it sailing on the proper course.

I know food arriving at the table at the same time is important but our food wasn't the temper it should have been. We felt like they were trying to hold it and serve everyone together. There was only one more table there. Even if they have to bring the food out at different times, please do so to ensure everyone receives a hot meal. We sent several items back to be reheated.
