Absolutely the worst service. We was traveling and stopped. Went in and I normally do not have this issue but this was an all black runner store and we was white. This morning, I waited at drive thru speaker for 10 minutes. When no one come on to take my order, I drove to the window where they take your money... the window was open, but no one was there. Concerned something was wrong, I drove to the pick up window. Again, window was open, but no one was there. After waiting another 5 minutes, I finally called out to an employee who had passed by the window a few time without acknowledging me. She told me I'd have to drive back around and go through the line again. Needless to say after already having to wait 20 minutes, I did not drive back through the line. This is a rural area and you don't have options to go to other fast food restaurants, so you put up with some level of bad service and food. Frankly, the service at this location has always been lacking, but never to this extent. I'll never go back and do not recommend. read more

Employees obviously un-trained or just don't care. Management obviously ill-prepared to maintain standards, enforce corporate expectations, and probably don't care either. Genuinely wish I could rate this McDonalds with negative stars. My family and I went here to get a quick bite to eat on our way to the airport, terrible idea. Not only did it take over half an hour to get two cheese burgers, but the food was absolutely inedible by the time we got it. The workers seemed to be completely u aware of their duties needed in order to put together a simple cheeseburger, mentally absent, and seemed to have terrible time usage skills. I hope corporate takes this information into account and creates a more thorough training process for their employees for these apparently "difficult" positions. We eat at McDonalds regularly but this is by far the worst dining experience we have ever experienced. All of the other customers in the building were furious as well. Never going back to McDonalds ever again. Shame on you. read more

The customer service was good, the food was another story. Honestly it's a McDonald's so obviously not a five star restaurant and it was fine. The biscuits were a little hard and dillans hash brown was cold so I would just ask for fresh dropped food when you go. My frappe was good though. read more

Terrible lunch today. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and the attendant said they did not carry this sandwich. So I opted for a double cheeseburger with a large fry. I should have just driven off because my money was wasted on a cold burger that tasted 2 days old and cold French fries that were limp undercooked. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! They had 3 customers when we arrived and I counted 7 McDonald's employees. We ordered at 5:22pm, my receipt was printed at 5:24pm. We didn't order anything special just Big Mac meal and cheeseburger with cheese and pickle only. These idiots took over twenty minutes and still jacked up my wife's burger. First we get out and attempt to go inside. The doors are locked at 8:30 pm with customers and employees inside. The employees were out sitting at the tables with other guests just looking as we attempted multiple doors. We literally sat in the drive through for 5 minutes with no movement from either car in either drive through. Many customers pulled up and left while sitting in the drive through. I was skeptical on coming here because of the reviews however we were starving and didn't see many other options. To my surprise, we were in and out of the drivethru in a little over 5 minutes. That was with 4 cars in the parking lot and about 3 in the drive thru. We got a 10 piece nugget meal and 2 cheeseburger meal, which they automatically upsized to a large, but we didn't mind since we were so hungry. Absolute worst McDonald's experience ever! 9 of us and we get back on the road to eat our food and it was all burnt ... quarter pounders burnt and fit half the bun, fries cold and not salted, nuggets burnt, fish burnt. This McDonald's happens to be about the halfway point on a bi-monthly trip we take, so we're forced to stop here from time to time because it is the only place nearby. We always go to the drive thru, and they ALWAYS either get something wrong or keep us waiting excessively. Today they were out of Coca-Cola, Dr. Pepper, and ice cream, and we had to wait while they cooked fries. I am not exaggerating when I say we have never, in the countless times we've been here, had a good experience. I can't give them only one star, though, because they're always polite, even if they can't get their act together. read more

Reviews on this chain restaurant for Yelp don't seem to matter to management or they do not read to help improve your service. When going to the drive-through I noticed a worker inappropriately and noticeably grabbing himself as he walked in and appeared to be one of the cooks. I took that as my sign to move on down the road and find another place. What made it worse was a manager right behind him laughing joking the whole way. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Don't let the "clean restroom" sign outside fool you. I ordered a fruit and yogurt parfait and the woman said they don't even have those, "we out". My boyfriend ordered a coffee and fries. The couple behind us ordered a sausage McMuffin and they were also told they were out of that too. It was 9:30 am only two people in the McDonald's and no one in the drive through. Was a ghost town... Unsure how and why they are "out". We both went to the restroom; which were appalling. The men's room had NO SOAP. No soap canister. No sign of soap at all. We came back out and the fries still weren't being cooked. There were a dozen hash browns sitting on the warmer for god knows how long considering no one around. Walked out without any food knowing there is no soap in restrooms, how are employees even washing their hands?.. Call the FDA. read more

Nice looking building, however, the following things were disappointing: -there was no ketchup at this location, at all. -In the men's restroom, there was no toilet paper, the hand dryer did not work and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. Convenient location. Easily accessible from a major highway. Sufficiently friendly employees. Big Mac Meal was on par with other MickyDees I've ever patronized. I did get mostly nubbins in my fry container, but they were good. Bathroom wasn't so nasty that it caught my eye. Ketchup dispenser beside fountain drinks did exude an orange looking substance that was supposedly ketchup. Highlight was the touch responsive lighted table in the dining area. Although I have low standards for McDonalds because I do travel a lot and I've seen a spectrum of places. This particular McDonalds not only had cold food that took a very long time to prepare. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Unfortunately around here on our road trip there wasn't much else to choose from. It stinks and had many empty seats but all were so filthy we couldn't sit down. My husband ordered coffee (but they were out of milk), yogurt and asked for an oatmeal. They told him they couldn't serve him oatmeal because that was for breakfast only. So he decided on the bbq chicken sandwich on the menu and they said they didn't have any. So he ended up with a chicken sandwich. I ordered a 6 pieces chicken nuggets meal. The fries where undercooked and not salted. Really disappointed because I don't eat at McDonald's all the time but when I do I enjoy the fries. Not this time. Nuggets where fine..pretty normal. Went to get some sweet tea and the machine spewed white stuff all over and stink so bad! What the neck was that? So I settled on the coca cola. One big gulp and I realized that was a mistake too. I got mostly carbon water. May recommendation...stay away...far far away. I decided to wait to use the restroom...a little too scared to go in there. read more

We attempted to stop here on our way through from FL. Had been in the car 4+ hours with a 2 year old who was ready to evacuate his car seat and get some food. Upon arrival we uload the kid, diaper bag etc to find the lobby is closed to guests. I called the store and was informed the manager walked out and they didn't have enough staff to serve the lobby. At this point there was NO ONE in the drive up. I was told we could come inside but it would take 20 or more minutes to serve us. read more

We just left this McDonalds because no one ever acknowledged us even though at least 3 people were standing behind the registers at a single time and we were the only customers in the restaurant. For the 1st 3-4 minutes it seemed like they were having technical issues. The register in the center was unlit and one of the employees children (6-7 year old girl) was plugging it in for them. The register on the right had an employee hanging over it with his bag and was maybe waiting on a manager to override something. When the manager finally came over and did what she had to, she stood there and talked to the girl at the unlit register for another minute, still with neither acknowledging us. We were standing right in front of them at the counter. It was one of the most bizarre experiences- like we were invisible even though they looked at us repeatedly. We were smiling and waiting patiently but we finally just shrugged and walked out. If I were the owner of this store, I would clean house. Your employees are doing you a serious disservice. It doesn't take but one experience like this to know that we will never stop at this location on the way through town again. Additionally, it appeared that several children had been brought to work by their parents. We should of taken that as a sign to go elsewhere, however, we had bribed our children with mcdonalds earlier in the day. Well now eating their McDonald's even they were disappointed. The fries were the worst. Soggy. No salt. Yuck. If I'm going to eat those fries they better be worth the calories. Not even one fry was worth it which is why most of the fries were wasted.
