There were only a couple of occasions when the order was wrong, and they were immediately corrected politely and efficiently whenever they were brought up. I'd love to specifically note one of the managers, Ibs, who is incredibly helpful and kind. He handles customer service with compassion and approachability. Every experience I've had with the staff at this location has been pleasant. Overall, good food and good people. You can't go wrong at this Freddy's.
