We also shared a Houz Ba Roi banh mi. That roasted pork belly just danced on the taste buds. It almost makes you celebrate the French colonial period. If this came out of it, it couldn't have been all that bad. What a great fusion of the two cultures. Place was super clean and comfortable. The guy at the counter was very helpful. We ordered the banh mi based on his recommendation, and I'm glad we did. I've said it before and I'll say it again...the best pho I've ever had was in Duluth, Minnesota. They've also got some really cool varieties of crushed red pepper flakes. Everything is made fresh so obviously you have a bit of a wait as they assemble your pizza and then cook it. The lady taking orders was knowledgeable and happily answered all of our questions. Sweet heat pizza has an excellent combo of, well, sweet and heat. The jalapeños aren't overpoweringly hot as is often the case on these pepperoni/jalapeño/honey pizzas that are all the rage with the hipster kiddos.
