Staff would glance at us but would not acknowledge us - not a smile, hello, 'just a moment', or anything. We left and went downtown to a local coffee shop and had great coffee. I ordered a combo and tried to order a kids meal and was told they had no kids meals. I said I didn't need the toy, just the food and he said "no kids meals, order something else". I ordered another combo and went to the window. I tried to pay cash and he shook his head and said that he wasn't accepting cash. I pulled out my debit card and the amount showing was only $11. I told him it was the wrong amount because I had ordered two combos and he said he knew I had ordered two combos but I had to pay in two debit transactions. The fries were cold and the service was terrible. I understand that they were busy but being respectful and polite goes a long way.
