Ordered online at 7:05pm, when we got there to pick up the sandwiches around 7:20, they were closed. Both the sign on the door and the website say they close at eight. Had to knock on the door to get someone's attention and tell them they had charged me money for food fifteen minutes ago. I was informed by the manager on duty that they had decided to close early and I would not be receiving the sandwiches I had paid for. When I asked about a refund, I was told they would "refund me in the morning." So, I have no food, no real explanation, no refund, and they don't really seem to care at all. And I'm going to have to drive back to speak to the day manager if I want to try and get my money back. This is a horrible way to do business, if they aren't going to stay open during their contracted hours, they shouldn't accept online orders. Big scam going on here. I went in to order a footlong sub of the day which always comes out to $8 and some change out the door. They tried to charge me the full price of the sandwich almost $13. I tried explaining multiple times that a footlong sub of the day is 7.99 plus tax. They kept telling me it was for the footlong meal. Even better, I'll take the meal. Ok the meal is $12. One of the best Subway experiences I've ever had! Huge shoutout to sandwich makers Samar and Palvi -- they were friendly, professional, and made my sandwich with care and precision. The store was spotless, both in the front and back. You can tell cleanliness and quality matter here. The produce was fresh, the ingredients well-stocked, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I love subway. This subway is in a Walmart parking do pretty busy and a little dirty. This is a small subway tucked in a corner. Service is fast and overall ok. They vegetables were ok. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch but requested rotisserie chicken instead of the weird pressed partical chicken it normally comes with. You would have thought I asked for the woman behind the counters first born child. She kept insisting that I wanted "extra meat" annoyed. Finally the other worker explained that she was going going to charge me extra for the bacon because with rotisserie its no longer a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Oh well, I paid extra and left. Its not the extra charge that caused the one star rating though, its the attitude that bugs me. Was it really that difficult of a request? You making a commision off the dang partical chicken? I am a frequent Subway customer! I find it quick and easy to get a low-fat, fresh lunch that actually tastes pretty good! My only complaint is that at this particular location (the last two times I came), I have had to wait for the employees to come from the back of the restaraunt to help me. I am a Subway lover but this particular location was disguiting. I ordered a footlong to share with my daughter who I was on my way to pickup from school. I had a few minutes so I was going to eat my half at the restaurant. When I sat down the manager(I discovered he was the manager later) informed me that I would have to pay tax if I were to eat the sandwich there. I did not know of this rule (which I think is silly) so I got up to leave. I did not say a word to him. I simply shook my head like I cant believe this and what happened next shocked me.
