I had to go to the drive thru and ask them for it. Then they brought it out a minute later cold AF and Soggy Azz fries. This is the second time in 2 days that they have done this. I agree with other reviewers that this is the worst Culvers in MN.

The food is always good quality and the ice cream is delicious! I highly recommend their onion rings. If you're looking for a good cheese pull be sure to get the mozzarella sticks. I do wish they offered a grilled cheese or other vegetarian sandwich / burger but they do have some vegetarian sides & side salads I believe.

Sorry, Happy 's, I was willing to go to bat for you all day long, but this was upsetting me the more I thought about it. Not OK. I don't mind paying $5.91 for onion rings if I get a substantial amount of product, but 10 rings? Most likely won't buy the onion rings anymore since the cost is way out of line now.

We often use the mobile app to order when we get it, and we have never had an issue with order accuracy. That's a big kudos to the staff for being always getting it right the first time. The staff have never been anything but friendly, and they do take care of the inside as well. It's always been clean and tidy anytime I've been inside. A&W isn't the cheapest fast food option, but it also feels like a step above traditional fast food and the portions are typically reflective of the price. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get backed up at times. It's certainly not the quickest place I've ever been. So just keep that in mind if you're planning on the drive thru. Otherwise everything else is a positive!
