Came through the drive through at 11:15 and even though they are listed as open till 12 they said they were closed. That was terrible.

The standards at this restaurant have tremendously gone downhill. We went through the drive thru and met my husband at home to eat. When he opened his burger he started laughing and legitimately thought I had tried to play a prank on him by taking several bites out of it before I got it home. After we went back and forth he finally understood that we were given a burger that someone had already started eating. Clearly we weren't happy so I gave the restaurant a call and was met with the rudest manager I have ever encountered. She wouldn't give me her name, I asked three times and she replied with "it's busy what do you want", as if me being a customer with an (serious) issue was an inconvenience. I explained to her if she's busy then she should have just answered my question the first time so she gave me *a* name. I went in later for my refund and found out she gave me the wrong name and lied about what had actually happened to the other manager. I filled out the survey that came with the receipt and requested to be contacted and that has not happened yet. We obviously, will not be returning. The eaten burger was bad enough but to then have to deal with an incredibly rude "manager" who didn't have a leg to stand on just pushed it over the edge. We didn't even get a full refund read more

I gave them a two because it depends on who's there I guess (seeing how the staff is always changing.) nothing really stays consistent except the business name. Fries are almost always too salty or tasteless, the menu is tiresome and the food looks unappealing. Drive thru is the only part worth going to if you're that hungry. Seeing how most of Willmar's restaurants are on first st, I would recommend taking those few extra mins to, at the very least, get what we pay for. read more

Then when I got to the window to pay, the lady at the window was playing around on her cell phone and it took another 3 minutes for her to open her window and take my money. The food is what it is. But some of staff will go above their job. I thought my truck was stuck on an ice patch, maintenance guy came with salt. Found out my reverse went out. Friend of his was walking by, couldn't push me out. Then called another friend that had tow straps. 3 Angels in the parking lot! I was able to drive forward and was able to leave. read more

So today @12:27 I came into the local McDonald's in Willmar and I was given the glare because I said what I thought was my food. The manager gave me a glare and I just kindly turned around very shocked. Not to mention my kids caught the look and said "Dad why did that lady give you that look." Even the kids could see it! I am baffled by the service. Not to mention they have this one worker just walking around not doing anything. The food was subpar and the bathrooms weren't that clean. McDonald's isn't what it once was. In my last visit the restaurant was filthy, and my Big Mac was excessively salty. The French fries had an off-taste as well. Also, according to the cashier they no longer accept Apple Pay. Not a big deal to many, I know, but it was super convenient & I appreciated the security it offered. Will no longer be a customer at this mcdonalds or any other mcdonalds because mcdonalds employees are incompetent in placing the heaviest item which are the fries to the bottom of the bag followed by the burgers. The way my last bag was put together was messed up beyond belief and while it was sitting level and securely in my vehicle the heavy contents shifted at a stop sign toppling the bag over wasting money out the door. 5/11/2015 1430hrs Ordered a kids meal 6pc chicken nugget, 1 Big Mac with large fry, 1 double quarter pounder with cheese and medium fry. Though the drive thru is pretty speedy, the customer service is lacking. I can't say that all of their staff is rude to customers, but most of the time when I go through the drive thru, I am not met with a smile, but in fact a person with an attitude. God forbid you forget to ask for ketchup while they're taking your order because if you ask for it at the window where you pick up your order, they may question you on why you didn't ask for it before. I would be lying if I said I don't frequent there, but the truth is everyone has those days where something off of the dollar menu sounds better than going through your pantry to find something to cook. :-) The food is decent, however you do get your occasional cold, gummy fries, and don't ask for new ones! The person at the window may actually roll their eyes at you. I know this isn't a five star restaurant and no one should care about the service at a fast food place, but every establishment should want their employees to be a great representation of how they conduct their business. read more
