Friendly and accommodating location while charging at the nearby electric car charging station (Tesla)

This caribou is terrible. I order two iced matchas, one with light ice and one with no ice. Our cups were only filled halfway and the rest of the cup was empty. Then, while ordering I told the guy we wanted two frozen cookies and cream, we only got one and paid for two. After mentioning this to the lady who gave us our cookies and cream, she said that we didnt order two and that if we wanted to order another one we would have to go back around. When trying to show her the receipt, she closed the window and walked away. This female was an older white lady, looked like late 30s or mid 40s and had gaps between her teeth. I was not rude in anyway to anyone. She was disrespectful and she should not be working in customer service. She should face consequences for her actions, this should not be ignored. I paid almost $9 for a large cooler with no whipped cream. I understand people make mistakes. I've been given this same drink a few times made incorrectly. I have no problem if offered a new one. Today when I pointed out the mistake of a big glob of cream on top, at first Ember ignored me. After saying excuse me and repeating myself, she slammed an empty cup down and screamed that she didn't have time to remake my order, and started shouting at her coworkers who tried to assist. The young man who took my initial order scraped off the cream and handed it back. He was not rude but no one apologized for Ember's outburst. I asked for my money back and left. Still without an apology. Service here is usually very friendly and this was an anomaly, but if ever I come back and see that Ember is working, I will leave and go to a competitor. read more

This place is so slow, you even do an app order and you still have to wait 30 minutes. When everyone is leaving that ordered in the store and you are still waiting. I had kids with me and if I had not already paid I would have left, I will never stop here again. Horrible service !!! I was in a hurry that is why I did on online order. Online orders are quick and easy to pickup whether by drive-thru or walk-in. Employees thus far are always polite & professional. Breakfast bagels are delicious. Too many drinks that I have enjoyed to pick a favorite. Inside always clean and fresh. read more

Excellent service at an astonishing pace and coffee that always leaves me wanting more. Friendly employees make any Caribou visit an absolute delight, and Lilly's (I think that was her name) coffee recommendation has quickly become my favorite. 10/10, somebody get this girl a raise! Lol read more

Walked in, 3 people working, one Barista, one drive through, one making togo coffee pots. Busy I understood, but I didnt even get any acknowledgement that I was there at all. Barista looked at me at least 4 times and no nothing at all. Simple acknowledgement that I a customer existed was all that was needed. I waited several minutes then walked out, Dunn Brothers across the street was immediate customer service all the way. I guess Caribou just is too busy for simple customer service. read more

I always get 2 espresso shots and they always forget that ..... always I wonder how many times I paid for 2 extra espresso shots and never got them probably enough for 10 of my normal drinks. Between me and my gf. Just sad read more

It doesn't matter who is working or what time you come they always serve you very fast but still very kind. All of the workers are so happy to help and greet you always. They have the same products as other caribou's but this one always seems to make it taste better. read more

I get the Carmel cooler almost every time I go there. It's a good cold drink with the Carmel flavor. This time I ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit and it tasted decently well. The service took a bit longer than I expected. read more

Seriously the worst Caribou location there is. Twice, w/ 4 drinks, they forgot the espresso. It generally takes an abnormally long time to order a drink. One time, I was the only one there and it took over 10 minutes to get the drink. They were all scratching their head like it was some sort of coffee enigma. It was just a campfire mocha though, a main menu item. I've though about writing to Caribou HQ, but the reviews and numbers frequenting this place say enough. read more

Passing thru, this place is lucky they are in a small town, workers are pretty dippy, got my whole order... eventually. Brewed coffee had grounds floating in it. They were out of brewed coffee at 7:30 am, keeping the brewed coffee stocked in the AM is job 1, come on. read more

I was visiting from out of state and was looking for a place that had good coffee and good WiFi to do some work. I found Caribou Coffee. It was almost what I was searching. Nice coffee with free refills. Strong internet signal, but slow for today's standard. I had a Guoda Turkey Pesto sandwich for lunch. It was fair at best. I would have given it three stars, but the atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. Very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking to have a cup of joe and relax, I definitely recommend it. If you need to do some serious work on the computer, you better get your coffee to go and find better WiFi elsewhere. I can forgive the sandwich, it's a coffee shop. I cannot accept the internet. Caribou, it is time to catch up to the present. read more

I have worked at caribou coffee and Starbucks in Grand Forks ND and Minneapolis MN and I feel like I am pretty lenient with mistakes made behind bar. I ordered a coffee with steamed milk and the coffee was watered down and the milk not frothed. This was after i told them they forgot the steamed milk. (FYI, I was very polite and didn't hover over the bar like some would). The staff were friendly...but slow. 3 people should be enough coverage to handle 3 customers in 10 minutes. I waited for a coffee ( without steamed milk) for 5 minutes. This location needs more training. I will not be going back. read more
