I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a pretty frustrating mistake. There is a huge difference between mild and the hottest spice level. I was really looking forward to my food, but after taking a bite, I immediately knew something was wrong. The chicken was incredibly spicy, and I couldn't enjoy my meal. It was especially frustrating because I had specifically ordered mild. I hope Will and the rest of the staff are more careful with orders in the future. Customers should be able to trust that when they select a certain spice level, they're going to receive that exact level. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience.
