I can tell you the moo (locally sourced from the owner's brother), fin (whitefish from Lake Superior) and the fries (fresh cut!) are all great! The owner checked on us and shared his story of opening the restaurant. He built the furniture, did the stainless work, tables, benches...all of it! Not sure we'll be back through the area anytime soon, however, if we are, we'll definitely go back. I mean, we tried everything except the ice cream...so we have to? I heard it's a state law.

And drool. But for whatever reason, we'd always put it off when visiting our cottage in Moran, Michigan each June. Then today me, my wife, and our dog Jax dropped in. It was EXACTLY how I thought it would be. Old school drive-in vibe, friendly server, and delicious burgers in the comfort of the family SUV. Even the fries and onion rings were perfect. We ordered a plain burger patty for the dog, and our server even brought him a biscuit treat! Who does that?
