After every single item I tried to say (a taco, a drink, etc.), she cut me off with an aggressive "Is that all?" as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The tone was dismissive, impatient, and flat-out disrespectful. To make matters worse, when I asked for a simple 33¢ sauce, she refused to let me pay for it at the window and made me drive back around the line a second time. That's not customer service--it's hostility. The order itself wasn't even correct, which only added insult to injury. When someone in a management position treats customers like this, it reflects directly on the business. I don't expect luxury service here, but I do expect basic courtesy and competence. Unfortunately, this experience was so unprofessional and unnecessarily unpleasant that it guaranteed I won't be back.

The vegetables were old. I also had to go to the counter, (there was nobody there because the cashier was sitting at a table, the drive through cashier yelled her name across the restaurant for whoever was supposed to be there) to request the rest of my order which was sitting on the counter. This is a constant problem at this and many other fast food locations across our country. Every issue listed is directly related to the lack of supervision and lack of ownership within the management team.... You need to get a grip on your crew.... Fire the useless ones...

Whatever the reason, I just can't get enough of it. The other day, I stopped by my favorite fast-food restaurant and ordered my usual: a vegetarian burger and fries. But this time, I decided to treat myself to a dessert. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and a cupcake, and let me tell you, they were both amazing. I was licking my fingers after the cookie, and the cupcake was so good that I almost didn't want to share it with my children. But then I spotted the bread pudding, and I knew I had to try it. I took one bite and then looked in the mirror with a huge grin on my face. I liked it, because I ate the whole thing!
