It took a bit to order. Then we waited probably 30 minutes to get our food. That's an eternity for breakfast food. Given that we had a basketball game to go to, 11AM went from plenty of time, to not much time. Once the food came, the waitress did a great job in refilling our drinks and getting us whip cream, etc. I think the issue is really the kitchen.
