Out of all the restaurants I've been too so far, this one is the worst. Please Taco Bell. Do better. 0/10 I've been a food critic for a 20 years of my life. Critiquing many places and many many restaurants and fast food restaurants. But Muscatine has the best food chains and restaurants I've been to! The environments are wonderful and give that homey feel you don't get at other places. Except for this one, so I beg of you please do better on your next journey. Take after the tacos bells in Wisconsin, Arkansas, and Tennessee. Those ones were wonderful. Definitely would recommend those.

I have picked up my order from the shelf a thousand times without any problems. The new, larger middle-aged woman with thin hair acts like she owns the place and seems to forget her actual job title and salary. I placed my order and went to pick it up like always, and she left the sandwich she was working on just to ask for the name on my bag, as if I was trying to steal a $9 sub. She even touched my bag with her gloves and then went right back to making the sandwich (grabbed cheese) without changing her gloves. Terrible service!!!!
