Messed up my order every time I ordered or got a refund go somewhere else.(do not recommend)

Got the Angel Reese meal. I kept dropping it and it took me a few times but finally got a hold of it. Decent meal though.

Staff is friendly and that about the only reason got 1 star nuggets are hard as rocks been sitting for hours order a bacon mcdouble only ketchup and looks as if they tried to scrape onions and pickles off (failed attempt) allergy to onions fries are soggy and old and either way to much salt or none at all. And being only place open after work is a huge bummer when u can't eat your supper. Always dirty tables and missing sauces seriously becoming a huge joke. The fries are never fresh anymore and I find hair in them everytime without fail.. I'm not sure what's going on with fast food in Muscatine lately but they're all unhygienic and gross. Throwing old fries back in the fryer doesn't make them fresh. Lol yuck! Look through your fries!!! read more

My disabled friend, who's like a brother, ordered a sausage McGriddle in the drive thru. The employee repeated the order back to him perfectly. He then pulled up to pay and he paid a lot less than a McGriddle so he looked at the receipt and it said Spanish breakfast burrito. Then when they handed him his food he looked inside to find a British McMuffin. He went inside to get his sausage McGriddle straightened out and the older brown-ish hair lady took him aside and accused him of being too cute for his own good and gave him a hand. She went out of her way to make sure he came first. The sausage McGriddle was no longer on his mind as he bummed a cigarette from the guy running the fryer. I highly recommend this McDonald's because they proved that the customer will always come first. read more

This place will park you in the drive through for something as simple as two cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich, didn't even get fries. I refused and 10 seconds later my food came from the kitchen. They will park you and it will take longer to walk it out than to wait. I don't care about your numbers or your drive through score with corporate. Stop pissing people off. read more

This McDonalds crazy busy open til close. There's a lot of reasons, all if them are obvious, as in price point, location, and that there's big caravan vans o seniors that take them there on outing often. So there's a head up its busy but no big whoop. This McDonalds wifi seldom works. This one also has an enormous indoor kiddy play park with jungle gyms, rope nests, and play equipment like its a mini Legends of the Hidden Temple. So that's a draw if you have children or a flaw if you don't like noise. I wrote a quick tip cuz the name was misspelled and said "the name is misspelled. Yelp can fix it maybe. Or not. It doesn't really matter." And Yelp always being awesome like always did : ) some guy replied to my quick tip saying "nice rant" um what? My brother tried to order a sausage mcgriddle in the drive-thru. The first window employee repeated the order back to him too fast for him to catch. It wasn't until he got up to the second window to receive his food that he realized they got his order wrong. The receipt said English McMuffin. He'd been reassured by the employees that his incorrect order had been fixed, but the bag still contained an English McMuffin instead of a Mcgriddle. When he tried to go back through to receive what he ordered, an older female brunette employee accused him of trying to steal. She claimed a mcgriddle is what she gave him. In order to prove he wasn't lying, she demanded that he give her the incorrect order in exchange for his mcgriddle, which I'm pretty sure violates several health codes that were put in place after the start of the pandemic. I've worked in both the hospitality industry and food service. No matter your line of work, the client always comes first. My brother should not have had to endure such treatment at an establishment that prioritizes customer service. I understand mixups happen and it was an honest mistake. But the events that followed afterward were outrageous and unnecessary. read more

Well if you want my opinion, do not go here in the evening/night time. That's when the teenagers work and they're to incompetent to do their job. Always a long wait and then they make you pull forward and wait for the smallest things like a drink. During the day it's fine. But that's just my opinion. read more

The food is a dump, the last time I went here there was a hair in my burger, the next time I noticed NO ONE was wearing a hairnet. Not even the cooks. Some just wear visors but still hair can get in the food. And some didn't even have visors on. Over all this place is the worst burger joint in muscatine. I wouldn't even give one star but you have to rate them in order to write a review. This Mcdonalds has gone down hill in the last few years. The last two times we went through the drive up to get breakfast the food has been COLD. This morning we were getting ready to leave town we ordered( among other things) two burritos. Super slow service on third shift every time I have made the attempt to eat here at night. They also only take cash at night which they often wait until you pull forward to tell you about. I would go anywhere else if anything else were open. read more

I recently ate here with my 3 kids. The food was ok but the environment was completely hostile. One manager kept screaming at her employees for no apparent reason and it scared my children and was completely unprofessional. I believe I heard another employee call her Ashley. This McDonalds is completely disgusting. The food took about 20 minutes, in the drive thru, when me and my sister only ordered two egg mcmuffins and two smoothies. There were people lined up all around the building, being held up by one order in front of us. When we went to the window, they prompted us to move up to the line, but were not very impatient and rude. After already waiting for about 10 minutes for the one held up order, we had to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring our food out to our car. The only thing good about this place is the toy place and the location you can hear the manager yelling at the staff all of the time there service is extremely slow they mess up the orders alot cashier's are rude there's been numerous bug problums in the past I'm not shure if there is one curently the food taste like any other mcdonalds the food is put together sloppy but it is a fast food restaurant so that's kind of normal but I truly believe the only reason this restaurant is still open is the location and the play place read more
