This is one of the places where I feel like you can spin the wheel and get a winner with whatever fate decides. Things seem pretty easy and affordable here. Portions were pretty big here and around $12-$15 a sandwich, more than enough for a single person with some for a midnight snack later. The reason is because the servers do not have to reach over the other cold cuts or veggies and have their sleeves passing over the food. Who knows where there sleeve has been since they arrived at work. The meatballs are in there own warmer n the tuna is usually right up front. I dont ask for anything extra for that reason the reaching over the food. Today the young man had gloves on but I did not see him put them on I only saw him walking from the other end of the counter. So I asked him to.please remove the gloves on and put another pair on before doing my meatball sandwiches. At first he was annoyed but complied. He did not remove them for the next customer but he should have. You do not know the allergies the other customer may have to the food you just touched and place on your meal. I believe band washing after using the register and after each different customer. Maybe Subway you should keep your food covered until it is being put on the bread. The reaching over by your employees with there sleeves is very bothersome to me.
