Ordered online. 3 sandwiches, 2 chips and 3 drinks. Drove to pick it up and was told everything was in the sealed bag. Got home and was missing both chips and one sandwich bread was hard as a rock. One sandwich was supposed to be double meat and wasn't. Called the store. They refused to give me the managers number. Refused to give me her name. Told me to look up the Corporate number on Google. Told me the chips were on the side of the register and we were supposed to pick them up. But she told us when we picked the order up that everything was in the sealed bag. And there is no way possible she didn't know that bread was hard as rock. It literally disintegrated it was so hard. She couldn't tell me when the manager would be in the store. I've been eating here for years. This evening I went in for a meal. I was told they ran out of small cups. They up charged me because of the drink upgrade. I was told either pay extra for a drink or be charged a small drink and not receive any drink since they were out of small size cups. I told them that was great customer service. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE I ordered the same sandwich I order EVERY TIME! I have been getting this sandwich for over a year made the same way and have never had any issues. HOWEVER THIS TIME, some lady working behind the counter had added marinara all over the sandwich. This wouldn't have been an issue if I wasn't a picky eater but I literally HATE marinara. I politely stated that I didn't want marinara on the sandwich and pulled up the receipt that says nothing about adding marinara. She proceeded to say things like "it's not my fault you ordered it like this" and she pretended to call her manager and told me she didn't answer and that she "can't make decisions like remaking the sandwich on her own" I asked if there's anyone else I can talk to and she said "I'm the person you need to talk to" but she "can't help me anymore" I asked for her to either remake the sandwich the way I ORDERED IT, OR can she issue me a refund... she then tells me that she "can't do either of those" and all she can do is give me the sandwich made incorrectly. And then told me I was being rude and needed to take the wrong sandwich. I left with no food and $17 gone and I can't seem to get a refund. I had bad experience this afternoon. My order was simple 2 footlong, this gentleman was not being polite since the beginning but I first let it slide, after he put all the veggies on my fist sandwich I told him the sauces I wanted then he responded very rude way "I do that at the end". He then went to do my second sandwich when he finished with the veggies he started wrapping it, I told him I want sauces on this sandwich as well he responded "Well you didn't say anything" I was very confused, he never asked and I was assuming he was going to "put them at the end" how he previously had told me. This subway is horrible..... I ordered a meatball sandwich the other day and it had to have been the owner who helped me so you think they would make sure you get a decent sandwich so you would come back. Well I was wrong I should have know when he is getting it out of a plastic bag placed inside of the warming dish means these are yesterdays or some other day that is reheated.... this is wrong I used to work at a subways 20+ years ago when I was a teenager and guess what it went in trash at end of everyday.... Well to continue on the meatballs where horrible hard dry parts due to over and over reheating and tasted horrible had to toss them out and these where visibly bad so he should have never served them.... and when he was making sandwich I asked for extra pickles and olives due to the whole 3 pickles and 5 olives on a footlong and what do I get a whole 5 pickles and 8 olives.... hey those pickles and olives are gonna put you out of business if you use to many of those..... I enjoy eating out at Subway, I never feel guilty: their prices are decent and their food is fresh and yummy. I always get the Black Forrest Ham foot long on Italian Herb and Cheese, toasted with Provolone cheese and a heavy amount of Honey Mustard. The main reason I'm giving them four instead of five stars is because my server didn't crack a smile once. Service here is ok.. Although I went in one day and tried to order just the meat and cheese and veggies without the bread, due to a gluten allergy, the gentlemen that helped me told me he can't help me because they have to put it on the bread. I let him know there is an allergy. I let him know he can charge me for the sandwich I'm getting without the bread work it up as such. He then rolled his eyes and said he has to asks his manager, as he rudely walked away from us he was slamming stuff huffing and puffing. This location is good. The people they hire are polite and always a good vibe in the store. The reason for the low rating is because of the online system. Every single rom to place an order online, they screw up the order. I currently placed an order right now and both mine and my SO sandwich are wrong. His sandwich was missing mayo, salt & pepper, onions, and jalapeños.. Those are key flavors, no?? I am very unsatisfied with their online service for sure. They have good service. The customer service is good and friendly. I have gone there multiple times and have never had a bad experience. They get really packed at lunch time about around 12ish since the sheriff and other county working places are near by. They take online orders which can be useful at that time. It is mostly clean except for when the big rush come in. If your in a hurry during lunch time try not go here since the line goes almost near the door, but there employees are well trained and do there best to take your order as fast as possible. read more

This Subway is horrible!!! Went to this Subway location around 7:30 pm last night! There were a lot of flies that were landing on the food behind the counter and also landing on my sandwiches that were being made!!! When I asked the employee (she was short, thin with medium brown hair put up in a ponytail) I think a night supervisor, 2 get the fly that had landed on my bread off, she did so but acted like it was a normal thing and that it was ok that they had a fly problem (disgusting)! Then she proceeded 2 cover the sandwich with a thin paper! The next worker seen that another fly had landed on my now 1/2 made sandwich. He was going 2 throw-it away and make me a new "fly" free sandwich! When the female worker (I think the night supervisor) said, "are you sure you don't want this sandwich because this was a second time a fly had landed on it!"
