After a long day of work and running errands, I asked my mom if she could stop and pick up a subway sandwich. She ordered the Chicken/bacon/ranch (which is our usual order) and asked for it to be on the Italian herbs and cheese bread. She said when she asked for that specific bread the server had an attitude. When he was fixing the sandwich she said you could barely see any of the chicken. When she got home we realized how old/dark the bread looked and that it was stale! Also how some of the ingredients looked old. Sandwich was barely edible and my mom didn't eat it. We looked at the receipt so that we could call and of course that number was out of service. Why do you have a number that doesn't work on the receipt? However, when you google the location another number pops up and that one worked. My mom told the man that she just picked up a sandwich and how it was stale and barely edible. He didn't even try to defend the restaurant or that the bread was fresh, which makes us feel like he knew they were serving stale / old bread. He said that he could refund us or we could drive back and get another. We decided to just get a refund, and because he gave us the refund I give them a 2, but that sandwich was a 1. This subway has gone down in the past years and I don't plan on returning. read more
