It has been hit or miss at this location, as maybe 1/5 times something is wrong or missing. I like the ease of the drive-thru option, but when something is left out, the hassle & frustration of it outweighs the convenience. Most of the time the sandwiches are correct, but sometimes they really skimp on the vegetables. If you order a soft pretzel, check for your honey mustard. I've learned it makes no difference if you tip on the app. If I order sides of sauce for the sandwiches that I eat later, more often than not, they're not included. For example, my last visit I made sure to ask about the 2 sauces, and the girl with braces looked me right in the eye while holding the food and nodded. And alas, they were not. That visit, even without any sauce or cheese, the sandwiches were super lightweight but soggier than ever before? But I don't want to overlook the great employees. There are a few who really seem to care to make sure your order is just right. Unfortunately, I will be visiting other locations for a while, even though this one is about a 3 minute drive. Very disappointed in the service at this location. This is my second visit and second disappointment. The last time we tried to call in an order and the person told. me they were too busy so order online which is a total joke by being the worst ever online system. Today we tried for an hour to place an order online, same problem, errors encountered and finally called the order in and we had a discount code but they wouldn't honor it because it was for online orders. So this is our lunch that we started eating at 1:50 pm. Now I'll tell you about the order that was placed on the phone. 12" Italian BMT and a 12" subway club. One was supposed to be toasted which was not. Had some of the wrong veggies. Pulled into the lane for online pickup and waited 7 minutes for someone to come to the window. So I tried to place an order today and it was a nightmare. First tried to place the order online, worst ordering site I've encountered, nothing worked so I called, phone rang 30 times and no one answered. I tried again and it rang another 25 times and someone answered. I told him I couldn't get the order to go through online and could he take my order. He told me to try a different browser and said they were too busy to take the order over the phone. Real concerned employees or manager. Ordered footling BLT for $6.99. It felt very heavy when I took it out of the bag. It was very toasted even though I didn't order it toasted. Ok, no big deal. After I began to eat it I found it was loaded with salami and pepperoni??? It was soaked in ranch dressing. I ordered light ranch. I would recommend you check your sandwich before leaving the store. I'm not going back to this location again. I'll be ordering from the one on Tyler from now on. It's further away but they never messed my order up. read more

Best subway in the area, they are one of the few that take coupons. I have never had a bad experience at this location!

This location will not take coupons. My family and friends stopped going to Subway. I would rather go somewhere where they give good customer service and have integrity. That just shows you how greety Subway owners are. People rarely got coupons. But hey, if they want to lose money, then they can end up like the location by the Mentor Mall. read more

Clean place. Orders are always wrong. Toasted subs are barely even warm. They don't accept any Subway promotions, they don't care what you think. They would prefer you leave to another subway than let you have 50 cents off a sub. read more

This place gets worse each time I visit. When they were at their old location they rocked it. Now they don't have bread, discontinued roast beef- crab meat, didn't have cucumbers last night. It's always something with this place recently. On another note the past two times I was there on guy wore his mask under his chin which was better than yesterday when one of the females didn't wear a mask at all. Very good workers when I stopped this past week. The one girl made the sandwich perfect without me saying More then 3 pieces of onion... Nothing worse than saying more 100 times. Very pleased with the new bread selections. Jalapeño isnt a hot its GOOD! And garlic bread is AWESOME on the meatball with extra motzerella cheese and oregano added & Toasted. Noticed they always seem to be low or out of stuff if you come an hour before close like 9 or 8pm. Only down fall ...they get more but you wait...so there is no rushing if its late! read more

Looks new and fresh and so is the food. BUT our order was completely messed up and we did not get all the subs we ordered. do not recommend!

I did a mobile order on a small sandwich and I placed it at the wrong mentor location. I felt so bad but I was so close to home, I wanted to cancel the order and just pay for the sandwich at this location. The other mentor location tried tellIng me they couldn't cancel on their end, I would have to call corporate and open a case. Well, Beth from this store came to my rescue and called the other store and explained to them how they could cancel the original order on their system and made me the sandwich at this store she is at. She was amazing, went above and beyond with her job in providing the best experience for me and I appreciate it so much. Normally, I deal with the people that don't want to be there and give the attitude that they don't want to be there and she was so nice in not only helping me cancel my original order, she also was so kind as to make the sandwich I wanted and called the other store herself to make this happen even for a small sandwich. Thank you Beth for putting your all into my experience with you, I will most definitely be coming back in the future to this particular location! read more

Stopped up there for the first time at this location. The lobby was very nice and looked clean and new. As I walked up toward the line there was no employee available. There ended up being two that went to the online receipt printer and must not have noticed someone in line. Roughly 3-4 minutes went by and someone finally appeared from the back. It was a mess with knives laying all over the counter and as I walked to the register I saw one girl eating a sandwich instead of coming to take care of the customers in line. There appeared to be three employees working, none of which appeared to care about service or cleanliness. I could see the back room and behind the counter in the front, it was absolutely disgusting!! Food and kids/ garbage on the floor. I wanted to go back there and sweep for them. This location is clearly lacking proper management! Not a good first experience. I had gone many many times to their previous location, and never seen the filth that I did today!! read more
