Second time there was no brisket and we were told brisket is being discontinued. The food was okay, the employees were nice and did my gluten free was made well. It was strange that the cups were non branded, the chips were what you buy at Sam's Club, the pickles were not in Firehouse buckets and none of the sauces were Firehouse brands. None of the employees had on any Firehouse shirts.

My family and I thought that these desserts were fresh and tasted good, but we preferred the flavors of desserts from a few other bakeries. This year, we again bought a chocolate cake and a white cake, this time for a friend's birthday. The cakes were moist and sweet. I, however, still must try many of Patti's other desserts, including her cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, apple strudels, cold-dough apricot cookies, cheesecake, carrot cake, etcetera.
