Appetizers Ahi tuna- love it, order it every time we dine at this wonderful restaurant. Mix the wasabi and soy sauce and get to town on the seared tuna. Fried green tomatoes- fried to perfection, a southern delicacy! These fried green tomatoes were perfect. Lightly battered paired a creamy remoulade sauce. Entrees! Aged ribeye- my aged ribeye was cooked perfectly medium. Had great seasoning on it. I was Surprised at how tender it was. Overall, a great steak. I continued with a side salad and another southern delicacy of fried squash. Both were really good. I love some fried squash. My wife ordered the salmon entrée- It had a pink pineapple relish on top of it. She would not let me take a bite, I'm assuming that meant it was very good! The only negative about the whole experience was the temperature of the restaurant. It's an older building and when it's 100° outside, it's hot inside. Other than that, the food was amazing as always. Until next time!

I have genuinely enjoyed the food the few times I've eaten here, and the restaurant itself is…read morereally cute. Unfortunately, I have had a completely different experience with the attached coffee bar. The staff frequently encourages me to try the coffee, and I have now given it seven or eight chances, both while eating at the restaurant and by stopping in specifically for a drink. Almost every time, they have been out of at least one ingredient needed to make the drink I ordered. Each time, I'm told that it is unusual or given a reason why it happened, but after experiencing the same issue repeatedly, it no longer feels like an occasional problem. Even when they have been able to make my drink, the quality has been disappointing. Some drinks have tasted watery, while others have had a noticeably sour espresso taste, as though the shot was not pulled correctly. I have continued returning because I enjoy the restaurant and really wanted to give the coffee side a fair chance, but after seven or eight disappointing experiences, I cannot recommend it for coffee. I hope they are able to improve the consistency and keep the necessary ingredients stocked because the restaurant itself has so much potential. :(

Kendall and Jordan were incredibly polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us. We left with some incredible food and great suggestions, but what stood out most was the service. That kind of personality simply cannot be taught. You can teach someone a menu, but you can't teach genuine warmth, kindness, enthusiasm, and the ability to make people feel truly welcome. These are the kinds of employees you recognize, appreciate, and pay top dollar to keep! Clint, the manager, was equally incredible--kind, attentive, and made sure we were treated like absolute gold. As a veteran family, that kindness and appreciation meant so much to us. Stoby's should be extremely proud of this team. Kendall, Jordan, and Clint didn't just serve us a meal--they gave us an experience that will absolutely bring us back. Five stars all the way!
