After going in and asking for a salmon and receiving what I usually use for bait in size no rice coleslaw I received and a large drink and my wife got two pieces of chicken strips that looked more like Sparrow wings than anything else. But what was the real clincher was the guy at the counter who thought it was such an imposition to let me know what they had as far as sides. I informed him that I had just recently had cataract surgery and was waiting for my glasses. But he took it as a personal challenge to be able to read a menu to me after signing rather loud. If someone hates their job that much they shouldn't be there at all. This place has gone down greatly as far as customer service. Many times I consider AI as being bad but any more of this and I'm going to be thankful that I'm getting AI. At least AI is impersonal by program unlike a human who should have a little bit more compassion for people. I guess I'm expecting too much. After serving 24 years in the Marine Corps I consider service to be number one in something you need to do when dealing with other human beings. It's a good thing that these people that we have now here in the United States who are supposed to be doing their job aren't greeted on thank you for your service comments. Because they probably wouldn't get too many of them. I'm not calling sour grapes here all I am is putting forth real facts. Normally Long John silver's at other places are rather nice to deal with. The only good thing about service related deals was the fact that I had accidentally left my credit card in the card machine and a young Amish man brought up over to my table. This is a type of individual that I can respect. Well that's my two cents.
