I went here as a compromise as my daughter wanted to meet for lunch and we were pushed for time. I will readily admit that I am not a Subway fan, I find the food lacking in appealing flavours, processed and over priced. Given the choice I would rather use a local independent where food is prepared with care and skill but Subway and it's ilk are gradually edging good eateries out of the market as our busy lifestyles and acceptance of mediocrity (as well as lack of adventurous spirit) push us to accept the mundane.
So, in reviewing this Subway I am really reviewing all Subways. Having been processed by the 'sandwich artist' I received my meatball marinara which went on to taunt my taste buds with unfulfilled promises of what could have been. The word that comes to mind is bland for the meatballs and for the sauce..... oh yeah more of the same.
As with most chain dining the set up is buy, eat, go it isn't comfortable and you are certainly not welcome to outstay your welcome.
