Hey there! Just wanted to share my experience from today's visit. As I arrived at the restaurant, I noticed the tempting deal on the window offering a sandwich, a cookie, and a hot or cold drink for £3.99. The poster made everything look so delicious! When I approached the counter and asked to upgrade to a large sandwich, I was informed it wasn't possible. I then ordered a ham and cheese toastie and requested some tomato and lettuce, only to be told it wasn't an option for that particular sandwich. I wasn't offered an alternative or an upgrade, which was disappointing as a sandwich without any salad isn't quite the same. The manager's response wasn't very helpful either. Despite this, when it was time to pay, the machine suddenly went down, causing me to miss out on my points. As a regular customer, I believe a full refund for today's experience is fair. I understand now that the ham and cheese sandwich doesn't come with salad, but this detail was not very clear in the tiny print or the pictures displayed at the entrance. read more

So as I was walking in to the shop I saw a rat,the shop was Soo empty and I was in the shop for like ten minutes before a girl walked out whith her hair all messed up like they have been doing it in the shop,after I ordered my casual food which is Italian BMT 1ft on Italian bread whith gurkins olives cucumber lettuce and sweet corn and lighthly salted Doritos a man walked out the back whith a half bag of stale Doritos and porded them In My meal do not go HERE read more

Really good place to eat, the staff are always friendly and the place is very clean, the system isn't complicated and you get your food within 5 minutes. You can now use the toilet by a number on your receipt that you put in the door read more

After drinking for two days solid, you can imagine the state a person would be in right? Well myself and my family/friends did just that to celebrate my recent birthday, and I'll hold my hands up and admit that we were pretty rowdy at the end of our second night.. However, when we called into Subway on our way home for a small snack (a foot-long sub) and the staff noticed that I was adorned in not only a banner, but a banner and a million badges, they insisted that they would not accept a single penny from me for my sandwich. I came here after a night out in Wakey once, and it was like some kind of safe haven where I could take my shoes off (they were making my feet very, very ouchy) and have a nap while my friend queued up for me. I am knocking off two stars though because the woman serving me actually did as I asked and kept piling my sub with gherkins until I said stop, and as a result I was very poorly and my sick was green. read more

As you know, a Subway is a Subway is a Subway. It's not great, but when you're off out to Yorkshire Sculpture Park with little time to stop off for a proper meal, it's somewhere to grab sustenance. I've fond memories of this particular branch from my student days. Particularly grabbing late night bites when rather drunk, but on my last visit, I was sober and aware of what I was doing. I was buying a sandwich, that I wasn't particularly looking forward to, as I was in serious need of bready stomach filler. Opted for the 'Italian' one, with extra cheese, and it was decent enough. Fresh bread, swiftly made, nice staff. It did the job, and the sweet onion sauce is still a good choice to add some flavour. A guilty admission: I do happen to love their cheese triangle slices. Staff were really great, Sub was delicious but the tables and chairs still ahd other peoples rubbish on them and I had to clean an area away before we could sit to eat :( read more
