The food at this location is always fresh. I've not had one bad experience. My go to subs are turkey or grilled chicken lightly toasted. Delicious. The service is consistent. The employees are always friendly and professional. This and the freshness of their food is why I keep coming back. The ambiance is well lit but not overly bright. You get ceiling light mixed with natural lighting. The noise level is very low. This location is always clean. read more

I really don't understand how this location is still in business. I've avoided coming here for the last few months before giving it a shot again. They are always out of something, whether it's turkey or bread or today is was "all veggies except tomato." So I paid $11 for a sub with almost nothing on it. The kid that made my sandwich was extremely moody and made it very poorly. i asked for a chicken bacon ranch on Italian herb and when i got my sandwich it was wet and sloppy. None of the toppings stayed inside of it, and to add more to it he ripped my bread in 2 separate areas. I opened up my sub and had everything fall out of it and slide everywhere. He was extremely rude and walked past me and my girlfriend about 5 times at the very least not acknowledging us a single time. He was talking to his coworker distracting him from working. Subway is always one of my favorite go-to's but if you can avoid this location- avoid it. I ordered online for pick up and was supposed to receive an alert when it was ready - that never came in. The one staff member that was present when i went in did not acknowledge or say a word at all when i went to go pick up my order- cool not everyone wants to be polite. I ordered a chopped salad with extra spinach. Nothing about the salad was chopped, it was like she haphazardly threw all the ingredients into the container, super lazy. There was about four leaves of spinach - big honking slices of tomato ( not chopped), and ninety percent of the salad was the chicken teriaki. This is my absolute favorite Subway location. I'm sorry to see that other people don't agree. My subs are always decently filled, and are always fresh tasting. Any time I have been here they aren't out of anything. And the employees are always friendly. I did notice that this particular Subway is more expensive than others, so that is the reason I'm giving 4 stars out of 5. As much as I would like to go out of my way to go to this location, I just can't justify spending the gas money driving out here to pay MORE than I would at a location closer to my house. My favorite sub is a footlong buffalo chicken, and at the Subway near me it's $6.99. It's $8.00 at this location. But I will stop here if I am out this way, just because it has always been a positive experience. read more

This locations Runs out of rolls at 6:30 on a Thursday (11/12/20). They apologized but kind of absurd as this location has run out of cookies on my prior visits. If they were trying to save money by not making rolls, they lost a customer. Not trying to be a "ken" but as more Subways close they aren't convenient to drive to anymore just to turn around and leave. read more

Subway has always been a favorite of mine growing up so I have been to many. This location might be one of the best I have been too. The cleanliness, accuracy and staff are absolutely top notch. I have been in there countless times and the manager who I believe is named Julian is unbelievable. Whether him or his staff they always greet you with a smile and ask how your day is going. They really make it feel like they want to serve you, which is awesome. If I ever feel like Subway I will go out of my way to go to this one. I looked at the ratings for this Subway location and thought to myself "Can a Subway really be bad? I mean, It's a Subway" and then I stopped here for dinner last night. I wouldn't say this is the worst Subway on the planet but It's certainly living up to it's current rating. I was second in line and didn't wait very long to place my order. When I ordered my sandwich the girl making it asked me to repeat my order 3 times (I answered multiple times, she had almost no reaction every time) My main issue was with the sandwich itself, it just wasn't good. I ordered a cold cut combo (I know, probably not the best option, but I usually like it) and it just didn't taste right. I asked for some southwest chipotle sauce and I think she only put it on 1/4 of the sandwich because I could barely taste any. Either way, I learned my lesson from coming to this Subway location, I'll definitely be hitting up either Tim Horton's or the local Pizza shop in the future. read more

Whnt there today 2 girls were working this shift (8pm monday july 26th 2021) they were rude me and my boyfriend were having one if them make our subs and before the meat & veggies were even on or subs the other one kept yelling she can Cash us out she said it 3 times then 3 more time said it was $17.07 this was before we got to the veggie part of our sub so my bf cashed our with the rude blond lady while i let the other lady know what i want on his sub we got to my subs i asked for guacamole they looked at eachother laughed and said im not allowed to have it on my sub bc she didnt charge me for it but she said she would cash us out 6 times then i said i would pay for it & she said she cant do that so i wasted my money on a sub i couldnt eat im very disappointed for someone who eats here 2-3xs a week i wont be eating at subway anymore unless something is done about the rude girls they have working here together read more

Avoid this location. Really poorly run. Wow. Waited about 1/2 HR in line while some girl w large ear rings tells me "oh sh&t... it will be another 10mins" while she sprinkled cheese on some bread. Cars were backed up like crazy in the drive thru. The workers tell them.. "come inside we're too busy " it was almost comical too see this all panning out.The place was dead... no one was in there... yet they acted like they were slamming busy. I was wondering why no one was eating in there. Trying to explain an order for 2 simple turkey subs .. done the exactly same way was quite a challenge. I had to explain the subs were identical w the same toppings numerous times to this girl. I lost track of how many times I was asked if they were "plain subs w/o toppings". Avoid this poorly run location like the plague. I will NEVER be back or give this dump any further business. Had I read the prior reviews before arriving .. I would not have come in the 1st place. Based on the prior reviews.... seems to be a normal operating procedure for this location. read more
