I would just say that, if the staff knows there will be a wait, especially if it's a busy time of day, they should let the customer know. It wouldn't have made a difference for me personally, but as a person who's worked in the service industry for nearly 30 years (at Burger King during that time), it would be helpful. I personally understand that the world and workforce is wildly different than when i was working a drive-thru, but I'm also not one of the people on here "trolling" like an asshole, not giving humanity the grace it deserves. Everyone her was extremely kind and efficient and i am writing this solely because they deserve to be recognized and seen and told they're doing well. Maybe it's just a management/training issue, but I'm not gonna say a bad word about it. You are all doing great at the job and keep up the positivity and hard work. You are seen. You are doing well. I appreciate you. Fuck the blind hatred and losers that use a screen to complain. You all rule.

The food really lacked flavor across the board. Everything we tried was pretty bland and didn't live up to expectations, especially for a BBQ spot. While the setting is decent, I couldn't ignore a lingering, wafting odor that smelled like urine at times, which really took away from the experience. The staff was also just kind of average--nothing particularly friendly or memorable, just very "mid" service overall.

One time it tasted like it was cooked with fish. The burgers no longer taste grilled, instead a bland steamed flavor along with tasteless buns. No ketchup is given with French fries even when asked. The attitude of the owner/manager needs improving too.
