And don't fret because these sandwiches are well worth any wait they may take! What makes Bay Boy utterly unforgettable is the Dutch crunch bread. This unique crackly slightly crunchy but still, oh so pillowy soft bread is the perfect vessel to hold all the fillings of any of the sandwiches on the extensive menu. My number one recommendation sadly is not always on the menu but if you catch it you better order it! It is called The Blue Blaze and it consists of juicy white meat turkey, peppery arugula, melty mild white cheddar and locally sourced spicy blueberry jam.
