We ordered footlongs and the back half of the sub didn't even have any meat, plus we got it toasted and they simply ignored the request

We were skimped on all of the food we ordered and he didn't even toast the sandwiches even though it was in the online instructions

Service was horrible took 45 mins for an online order. The dining area was disgusting and unkempt by far one of the worst places around.

Was awful. Flies on everything. Prep counter was filthy. I will never go there again. I am reporting them to the health department.

Best hamburger in town love that you can have it made the way you want it…read more. Never get a napkin in my bag is only complaint Hotdog is great too..but don't care for the walking taco for the price..regular taco would be great

Regional fast food with a few unique twists…read more If it's your first time to ever eat at a CookOut, you're in luck. I'm here to help you. Keep in mind that, as of today, the Jonesborough, TN Cook Out is the shiniest and newest in the world. Since it's in "The Oldest Town in Tennessee," it's also likely the best. We just do hospitality better here, y'all. So, the menu is fairly expansive and diverse for such a small burger joint. Not to worry, just get what looks good on this trip and leave something for your return visit. Because, you'll be back like Ahhhnold. For my money, I usually get a cheeseburger tray. After that come some tough decisions. So many sides and drink options! If you want to try it REALLY Southern, get the delicious hush puppies and a Cheerwine Float. I mean this is fast food in The South. Where deep fried food is an art form. You don't come to CookOut to impress your Primary Care provider with your lab results. The burgers and sides are good. Idk about the onion rings. Yet. Cheddar Bites are on the to-do list too! I can't emphasize this enough... the milkshakes are worth the trip EVERY time! Seasonal flavors like watermelon in the summer and egg nog in December. I can personally vouch for Peach, Mint Choc, Caramel, Mocha, Toffee, Blueberry, Cappuccino, Pineapple, and Double Chocolate. And that's just a fraction of the flavor options. Pro Tip: At THIS particular Cook Out, there are 2 lanes in the drive thru. It's still early days yet, but the locals haven't figured out that the right lane is faster and has a dedicated pick up window just around the building corner from the inside lane's pickup window. Go to the right save some time. And pick up a milkshake for me while you're out!

I've never had there Supremes. I'll hope that my next experience is better. The girl notified me that the no rounds would be a five minute wait. I agreed with no complaint and took my drink to fill at the beverage station. The young lady took my soon to be plate and sat it on the bar on her side. I returned to the drink station a few minutes into my wait for fresh bo rounds and she'd left my soon to be plate there with the chicken and biscuit. Just sitting outside the heat and cover. All of the tables I approached had been eaten at and left. I wiped my choice table myself and sat down. When my plate arrived the tenders or supremes were anything else but supreme or tender. The biscuit seemed fresh but was tough on the outside. I didn't bother. I tried to make the best of it and eat maybe just the middle of the chicken strips. It was no use. The hold time must have been a bit over the suggested time. The bo rounds were fabulous. Very good and fresh . Here's hoping things make a turn.

Ever since then, I have been craving those delicious biscuits and sweet tea. Well, on a recent business trip to Tennessee, I came across my second Bojangles' and I had to stop and have some. The restaurant appeared clean and the service was fast. I don't think their chicken stands out as being stellar (I just don't think it's unique), but their biscuits and sweet tea are the best. I highly recommend making a stop at Bojangles' if you're not from the South and want to partake in southern fast food. * It's a good thing there are no Bojangles' in Ohio, otherwise, I might weight 300 pounds. Oh yeah, and the only way I knew this Bojangles' was nearby was using the Yelp app on my iPhone.
