My favorite subway to go to! The manager Mona is always so nice and professional. Treats everyone with kindness and does her best to make her customers happy. She is the only one who can make a sandwich to my liking!! read more

My farewell meal before saying goodbye to my friend Justin - as I embarked on my journey across 48 states. Got the buffalo chicken sandwich, 12 inches. Everything went dandy. Added plus: There's an ice cream vendor inside of there. Got myself a delicious ice cream sandwich (a real ice cream sandwich, with cookies!) that was also splendid. Staff was nice. No one questioned that I was probably the only Asian in a 100-mile radius :) Loved it. read more

It was the worst experience I have ever had at a subway restaurant ever. Ordered online we were at the dr office. We ordered online to save time none of our sandwiches had any sauce on them. The Italian bmt was just thrown into a bag no wrapping at all. Our wraps didn't have any of the "extras" we paid for. I will never eat at this subway again. The food here is sub par compared to the other subways. I would understand to a point about our food if they had been busy and short staffed there were 3 staff members working. This is by far the worst subway around that me and my family refuse to eat at again. It is a shame because there aren't many food places around to eat at in Holyoke anymore. read more

Great service!! Bread was a little stale. The lettuce probably should be rotated more frequently. The ice cream was awesome. Not a traditional subway. Seemed pretty clean when I was there. I didn't see any flies like the other yelper had stated. read more

I have found it extremely convenient to order my food from the app and eat on the go . Several times I have added on toppings that have charged me and they are never on it . Very frustrating !! If you use the app just order the basic and save your money ! read more

Help is extremely rude every time I've been in there! They are very impatient and make you feel like an inconvenience. Getting to the point I won't go back in. Customer service sucks!!! read more

If I could give this store negative stars I would. The manager Mary Ann or something like that is very rude. She was very rude when my 74 year old father was ordering his sandwich huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes and even mumbling so he couldn't hear her when she would communicate with him. On a separate occasion she REFUSED SERVICE to my 65 year old mother after the sandwiches were already made because my mother asked asked her if she was always so rude to her customers. I called corporate. They took down the complaint and told me the owner would return my call to discuss the horrible treatment my mother received in their store. I haven't heard anything from anyone. This manager that Subway hired makes you feel like an inconvenience each and every time I have encountered her. I see other complaints on yelp and google reviews about her as far back as a year ago and yet nothing has been done. Its a shame. This is a small town and word spreads fast. We don't have a lot of options here and maybe that is why she feels she can treat people this way. There are high school kids that work there with much more composure and professionalism. Time to make some staff changes Subway. read more

It's subway. I'd say the same as most subways. Good food. Price good. Also have ice cream

Former employee, but will always be a loyal customer until today... Went in to order my usual tuna...and I looked thru the display case and all items were visible... but I didn't see(recognize) tuna anywhere and what I saw in its place was mayo with tuna in it....By me being a former employee I know the proper amount of mayo is 26 oz....but no way that was 26 oz more like 34 oz of mayo...I asked the manager if they had another tuna prepped and it was as milky as the first...it was so white that it looked like cottage cheese....the beautiful sandwich artist suggested I speak to the DM because apparently the DM made the milky tuna..... i don't eat meat outside of fish or lamb...so I left...when I came back to buy a beverage instead the DM was gone...The former GM would never allow a product to be served like that...but she was fired due to customer complaints and employee turn over...L.L. Cool J had a song back in the day called "Milky Cereal"...I should do a remake and name it "Milky Tuna" Trying to cut cost by stretching tuna...or not measuring mayo...Fix this "Kim" I want to be able to get tuna with out drinking it...Former employee soon to be former customer.... read more

Our family has tried twice this summer/ fall to grab an ice cream treat without success. Both times were a Sunday evening & they only had 2 employees working. The first time we waited by the ice cream counter for about 15 minutes and were completely ignored so we went and got into the sandwich line. As we stood in the sandwich line we watched an elderly couple come in and do the same the we did, with the same response we got. They walked out. We also watched a high school aged couple come in and approach the ice cream counter, be told she'd be right with them and proceed to serve them ice cream! I mentioned to the employee that she had completely ignored our family and the elderly couple and she rolled her eyes at me. I spoke with her manager a day or two later and she explained that she was short staffed and that the employee mentioned above had been let go already. She also told us to come in again for complementary ice cream to correct the situation. Which was the only reason we went in a second time for ice cream. Different employees, same problem. Waited at the ice cream counter and were completely ignored by both employees on duty. Won't be back again. read more

It was ok sub. But it seamed a bit dirty and had a amount of flies that was a bit sketch

The manager is so rude! One day she asked costumers if they didn't like the service to go and do it themselves. They always make faces when people come in or if you ask for extra things. Even rude when she is ringing you up I feel bad for the employees that deal with her! read more

Terrible service, the manager is rude and most of the workers treat you like you're inconveniencing them. The food is alright but they over do it on the condiments. I'll ask for a little mayo and they go back and for 4 or 5 times. The only thing I've had that was absolutely disgusting was the pizza. read more

There is this one worker named Jen that did really good and worked faster than when there are three people at once! She also put the right amounts we ask her and not ruin it by overloading on the sauce. read more

So I went to this subway, and I really don't care for subway it just seems that in the city ppl don't care. This subway was clean, no flies at all like the ppl before me posted. I have the luck of always getting hard dry bread, but not here I wasn't sure if they could do it but I asked her if I could have one of the breads she just pulled out the oven, and without hesitation she did.. For the first time ever, I enjoyed subway for the first time ever. After my meal I was getting ready to head out, and saw that they had Ice Cream. I thought to "Wow is this a new thing at subways" I wasn't sure what I wanted so I ask the lady what she would get and told me about a shake called Casanova. I liked it it was good and I was ready to head back home. Not sure what her name was but she had curly hair, I might like subway now, Just to find one like this in Denver ugh... read more
