I would give 0 stars if I could. I was ignored for 3 minutes upon walking in. The employee was putting away vegetables behind the counter, never acknowledged that there was a customer standing there. I am a patient person and don't mind waiting, but a mere acknowledgment of being there would have been nice. Once she finishes whatever she was doing, she went out back - again saying nothing to me - and finally came out again and asked what I wanted. Now, I don't mess with people who make my food, so I ordered and had a very simple request for the sandwich (which I have NEVER had a problem with at this or any other Subway). She ignored it. She continued making the sandwich, I reminded her of the request. She said she heard me the first time, and continued making the sandwich while still ignoring the request. So I said nothing else, she made it how she wanted it, and I paid. Because again, I don't mess with people handling my food. But after the transaction before I left, I explained to her how she did not make it how I wanted it, because she should know that it's not ok. This is where she could have fixed the situation and offered a solution, but she did not. She was rude, combative, called me names in a sarcastic tone such as "honey" and "babe" while telling me that I ordered it wrong. I have never had any other "sandwich artist" misunderstand my request, which is not a crazy way to order by the way. I walked out as she continued yelling after me, loud enough so I could hear her even after the door was closed to the store. I don't expect a red carpet, but I do expect common courtesy and to not be spoken to like I'm an idiot. She doesn't care that this location lost my business today, as she clearly didn't want to wait on ANY customers today. And the manager may or may not care, but I promise the owner does care. And they will be forwarded this review. How embarrassing for that employee and the store. read more
