Once we received our food, our waitress didn't return for at least 30 minutes. We waited a while before she came over to offer us boxes and our bill. Once she dropped those off, she quite literally disappeared. My kids got so tired of waiting that they just walked back to the room. I wasn't terribly upset because I was enjoying the music. However, after waiting another 30 minutes, I decided to track down the one other waitress to see if she could cash us out. There was a main bar/pub area and then seating in the back that was set up more like a dining room. Instead of having one waitress on each side, they had both bouncing back and forth. It was clearly too much for anyone person to be spread so thin, especially seeing how my waitress was new. That was no fault of hers, but just completely disappearing and never coming back seems like something even the newest server would recognize as inappropriate.
