I won't be going back after dealing with the waiter I had. It was obvious he had no idea about anything in the menu. As a customer I had to explain things to him and he got irritated with me. After receiving my food, not once did he ever come back to check to see if everything was fine or if I needed anything until he saw I was done eating and then came over to put the ticket on my table. I looked over my ticket and noticed immediately I was overcharged. I went to the counter to get it fixed and pay and his response was "I don't know, that's what the charge is." I tell him it's not and to please look at the menu where it shows the prices. He says "well I can't change it." Yes, he absolutely could fix it; he chose not to. If he didn't know how he could have asked his supervisor instead of being rude about it. So, I paid the bill and left. It's not worth creating a scene or arguing over a few dollars. Apparently Pizza Hut needs it more than I do. It's the principle that all he had to do was look at the menu or even in his computer to see he was wrong and fix it, but he refused. Bad customer service to a very long time customer in spite of their past mistakes and who has family that have worked for this company (I mean the same franchise too) for a very long time.
