I took my grandkids there and we ordered Crab Rangoon, Shrimp fried rice, Kung Pao Shrimp, and General Tso Chicken all white meat..Everything was great except the General Chicken which came out scrappy pieces of dark meat. When I told them they basically refused to redo it for me. The waitress said she forgot to write down white meat and that if they remade it I would have to pay for two meals (she had returned the first order to the kitchen so now we have none) We never did get any General Chicken until we were ready to leave but they charged for it twice. Very disappointed in the service and attitude of the owner... the waitress was apologetic but the owner was rude.They have been under new management since June so this is my first experience with the new management. The previous owners prior to June 7th were awesome. It will be a while before i try again. read more

Golden Dragon has never let us down and we take a box of leftovers home to eat two more meals.

The food was excellent, but the service was horrible. It seemed like they were not prepared for a large crowd. They weren't slow, but they just weren't ready. Customers, not just me, waited for an hour to be served. read more

Great place to eat ,service was fast and staff were very friendly. Atlantic is a nice town to visit.

This used to be my go to and I will go again in a month or so with hopes they just had an "off" night. With that being said, I usually love the General Chicken and the Hunan Shrimp as well as the crab rangoon. Last night the food was just "different" the sauce on the General Tso Chicken was a red sauce not the normal sauce they usually have and the Hunan Shrimp was flavorless. The Crab Rangoon tasted like they were cooked in old oil so it was not a good experience. Let's pray this was a one off because this area has a shortage of great eating establishments. read more

We were traveling home from Colorado and had a taste for Chinese food. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food in this little town. Highly recommend stopping here for some great Chinese food. It's about 10 minutes from the expressway but well worth the trip. read more

Another great family dinner here! Tonight we shared two orders of crab Rangoon, and I absolutely love the little boats they come out on. We also tried schzwan chicken for the first time and that is my new favorite dish. read more

Servers are friendly, helpful and overall the food is good. There is not usually a wait which is good! Egg rolls were disappointing. Soup and fried rice are very good. Not a lot of ambiance and the music can sometimes be annoying. Servers need to be able to communicate in fluent English. read more

My son and I stopped in here to eat before we went grocery shopping. Upon entering the restaurant I found that the restaurant was extremely clean which made me feel good about eating there. My son ordered wonton soup and shrimp fried rice I ordered hot and sour soup and sweet and sour Trio which was sweet and sour pork, chicken, and shrimp. We also ordered an order of eggrolls. I will say I felt that the restaurant was quite pricey for lunch; well it was three in the afternoon so it was actually a dinner menu. We arrived at the restaurant at 3:02pm, their daily lunch specials run from 11am-3pm; so we just missed out on the cheaper pricing. The meal was $48 before tip. I feel like that's a little pricey; that being said you get what you pay for, the food was phenomenal, nice portions. Our waitress was extremely attentive. I really have nothing bad to say about this restaurant other than the price. It is absolutely somewhere you should go. The food came out piping hot with steam coming off of it; very fresh and delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. read more

Passing through town on a cross country trip and stumbled across this gem of a restaurant. I'm from the west coast where we have a LOT of excellent Chinese food, and this place knocks it out of the park. Everything was stellar and so dang fresh tasting. What a delightful surprise. read more

I always enjoy visiting Golden Dragon when I'm in Atlantic. On this occasion, I needed a 30- piece crab Rangoon appetizer plate for our class reunion get together. My husband and I were in town for Labor Day and the Sunday night before we couldn't find much of anything open. He was very skeptical that we could get good Chinese food when we came across this restaurant but by the end of the meal he was saying "that was delicious" and "I'd come back here!" I agree!
