No play area which disappointed the kids. Same standards as per usual. Staff forgot my child's milkshake and were super friendly and quick to get it out to him. The number of times our order's been wrong, things have been missing, and stupidity has happened (no utensils for a salad, no napkins in the bag, etc.) are countless. Literally countless. It's also the slowest CFA in the nation. I'm not sure what goes wrong here but last Thursday night, we spent a half-hour in the drive-thru line. A. Half. Hour. At the restaurant known for its efficiency--and this wasn't an unusual experience here. It's insanity. Top it off with sullen employees and a real lack of the baseline, flagship CFA service, and one wonders how this franchisee holds onto his flag. Two stars for the food itself which is standard CFA, but it's a sad state of affairs in Hagerstown. I'd love to see it improve but after years of nonsense here, I'm not hopeful.
