The bathroom has never been gross when I have been there (the women's bathroom anyway). The parking lot is a bit confusing if you aren't familiar with the Michigan lefts but otherwise it's pretty open and accessible. The drive through is always prompt with good customer service and getting orders ready and out the window. I go in the morning on my way to work and get my breakfast from Christine and she is always so pleasant and friendly. Most customer service representatives could really learn by her example.

I patiently waited 20 mins for him to bring out our order. I then went inside to see where our food was.. they had no clue I was still waiting. I asked for manager, and it was the guy who took my order and asked me to move up!! Another 10 mins later, they retook my order, made it and I received our food. I asked for a receipt or business card to contact franchise owner and they had nothing to give me. No apology for the wait or losing our order.
