The red cabbage was decent too, it was kind of just boiled cabbage. The Rahmschnitzel was definitely over-sauced. I'm sure the pan fried pork on its own was delicious, but by the time it hit the table, the sauce had turned the breading soggy and pork itself became a bit spongy as a result. Not only that, but the gravy wasn't the most warm and seemed a bit congealed. Everything else was satisfactory for sure. Dinner was decent, but the times I've had food catered has been awesome. Horsch Radish is well equipped to handle large events and can meet many different taste buds and food preferences. They had chicken, beef, fish, pasta, salads, everything on offer.
