Prices are pretty reasonable for what you get (sandwich wise), but the lattes were a bit expensive considering the size (paid for large which is $4 but it seemed more like a medium). One of our crew during our overlanding trip bought a baguette and ate it for three days. If I am ever back, I'll be here to try other times. I got the chocolate pear dessert. Rich chocolate and a slight pear from the thin pear slices. I also got a berry muffin, which I had the next day. Still delicious and moist. Give them a visit and don't forget an Americano or another cafe treat.

They had a menu that has a very large offering of selection with 4 daily specials. I had decided that where I was I needed to try the Shrimp sandwich (as in the Gaspe region shrimp is 'a plenty!) Man - o man...what came out was a very generous portion of shrimp sandwich with little Matane-style shrimp overflowing! It had a nice tartar style sauce on the bun and I switched the fries for a house salad. I'm a true believer in testing out the local menu dishes and this delivered the ticket! Service was efficient, attentive and sincere. I'd come back anytime.

The poutines are unfortunately a little dry, so it's best to opt for another variant of the poutine, like the galvaude, or ask for extra sauce. It's also unfortunate that not every cook is consistant with one another, but to someone who isn't a regular, it won't make much of a difference. Definately worth eating here!
