We had made reservations for 7pm, but when we arrived, we were made to wait outside in line... in the rain. 13min later, we were let in. When we made reservations earlier that day, we had asked for seats at the bar. Instead, we were seated at a small table next to the bar, as the bar was full. I had ordered a beer and when the waitress came back for our food orders, she bumped into the table and spilled some of my drink. No apologies given. Just an awkward "oops!" on her part. Overall, it seemed like the staff seemed overwhelmed that evening and service suffered as a result.
