When we came in, we can smell the bread and see an island of various flavours of ice cream. We decided to go for the Happy Baker Club, and for dessert the staff recommended the favourite: Blueberry Cheesecake tart. The sub was delicious! You can tell the bread is freshly baked just how light and airy the bread is. The garlic aioli hits the spot. The crust on the tart is very thick and sturdy enough to hold the filling in. It's not too crumbly, it's buttery, and the flavours are not too sweet. You can really taste both the cheesecake and blueberry combined. Overall, a delicious lunch! If you're in Fredericton, male sure to stop by at The Happy Baker!

Well over an hour passed terminal full and the only food option is closed. When the two workers actually returned I tried to get a sandwich everything available was almost a week old. They only staffed one poor teenage girl to run this location.
