I'm not super impressed with Subway lately. The sandwiches are okay, but they don't taste as fresh as they used to. The bread feels kind of dry and the veggies sometimes look like they've been sitting out too long. Service was fine, but nothing special, and the place could've been cleaner. Counted 6 employees and 1 is making sandwiches but barely paying attention to what we're saying as he's too busy chatting with the others. Dumps tons of mayo on the sandwiches. Out of multiple items. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE! I were rude, talking about me & my coworker in their language giving us dirty looks as they made the sandwich the way they wanted to, NOT the way I asked. The were out of major items. I will NEVER go to another Subway location in life. I tried to place a complaint on their site & it's like a deliberate run around on how to place complaint (it's clear they really don't want feedback). Hands down the worse subway sandwich I've ever had. Got a six inch bacon, egg, and cheese. The egg was ice cold, they put one piece of bacon and when I said something about it she up charged me, one line of mayo and 10 seconds in the toaster. Horrible experience! After our flight was delayed until 7am, I was told subway opened 24hrs, given food vouchers and was met immediately by a very rude person at the counter...WE ARE CLOSED! Before I could ask him a question about their hours, he turned away and started doing something else. Also, the nice little young lady in search for food was turned away. I bought a footlong #12 because the menu said it was $11.28. LESS than a 6"! But I was charged $18. I showed the manager and she said it was a mistake. Doesn't matter! I called them on it and I should've gotten that price. I even gave them a tip! (That was on me.) She refused. Anyway. I say that is bad customer service. I had a very long layover at the Dallas-Fort Worth airport. I wanted a healthy food option during my layover. This subway met my dining needs. I ordered a salad, it was made exactly the way I requested and the staff were very helpful. They had a great area to charge electronic and eat. This store needs new management and workers. I have never had a good experience here in years of travel. They never prepare the food correctly and I thought it was because they couldn't understand English. I had an early flight and decided I wanted to try a Subway Egg sandwich. When I was ordering, I notice that there was tomato sauce all over the remaining eggs. I tried to ask if they would replace the ones that were contaminated, but instead she just grabbed an egg, put it on the sandwich and moved on. I was really hungry and didn't have the energy to argue, so they put my sandwich in the oven and proceeded. When I tried the sandwich, it was still cold, including the egg and bacon. A really unfortunate experience.. I only took a bite and didn't feel comfortable eating any more. I love subway usually, but if I'm at the Dallas Fort Worth airport again, I will not go to this subway store. read more
