They apparently have multiple locations, and their emphasis is on fried catfish and shrimp. This location, subtitled "Express" has a limited menu of the seafood, fries, hushpuppies. Mississippi raised fish is their boast, and they have perfected the breading and cooking method, and my order was done in a jiffy. But I'm glad I got introduced to it somewhere down the line. When I travel in the South, I can't get enough of it. Cajun? Creole? No matter. Delicious.
