Dine ins are forced to crowd next to the counter waiting for their order to be called. On top of that, when amy order finally was fulfilled it was missing the main entrees. When this was finally fixed and the sandwich was found it was very clear that the sandwich had been sitting on the heating rack for quite some time because all the lettuce and tomatoes were boiled with the heat making them in-edible and the chicken was dry.
