My family of 4 was able to eat here under $35.00. I was quite surprised. In Fort Walton beach we recently paid $50 at a fast food restaurant. Three of us got the after 4PM $6.00 dinner. I highly recommend the chicken fried chicken dinner (chicken fried steak except its chicken) My son enjoyed the big jacks cheese burger meal. Food was delicous and quick. Jacks also has an app. You can order in advanced for faster service. They also have online specials that are decently priced. Dining in was clean. We will definitely come back again. read more

Awful. Stood there for 15 minutes and no one even looked at us. We left and the place had a very dirty kitchen.

How can a restaurant starting off so good when first opening get to be so bad now? The place is filthy. Same old fries under the equipment from last year. The last time we tried to eat there all the food was cold, took forever to get with only one customer ahead of us, the bun was so stale you could beat it like a drum. We threw it all in the trash and haven't been back since. This franchise owner spent a small fortune building this location. I predict it'll be closed permanently by 2026. read more

Have never been unsatisfied with with drive through but Jacks went through the drive through and waiting on my order and a employee came to the window and told me to move up she was very rude and didn't even ask please demanded and I am not going back through the drive through at jacks again read more

My granddaughter went for an interview.they said come back next week for a second interview.Well guess they already don't have enough working their cause they said they were busy and come back on Monday,went back like they asked.One of the workers told her to have a seat and they will be right with her.An hour later she was still sitting waiting.So I had to speak up and let someone know she still waiting on the interview.I let the worker behind the counter know no one has came out to talk to her,so she went to check came back to say the position was already filled.Now I don't know if the so called manager is just an idiot or doesn't know how to conduct an interview.Didnt even have the brains to come out and tell her the job was filled.That explains why this store will not be in operation long. read more

This was the worst food experience I have ever had. There was more flies in the restaurant than you can even count, and incompetent lady working the cash register. Royally messed up my order and also my name. This establishment should not be allowed to serve food to anyone, prisoners, homeless, you name it. 03/25/2024.... Wish I could comment on the food. However, as I stood at the counter, no one paid me any attention. Not the guy within 5 feet of me working the drive thru, not the lady bringing food to the hot rack, not the lady 10 feet back from the counter engaged in conversation. No one asked if they could help me, no said they'll be right with you, no one made eye contact, so after sufficient time for SOMEONE to have addresses me, I left without ordering. I've dined in ( Approx. 10 times ) and utilized their drive-thru ( 2 times ) . The food quality has always been good but the inside wait time is and has been horribly excessive. It usually appears as though they have ample staff and should be capable of taking several orders at a time however it appears as though they only operate form one single register although there is a second register available. Having enjoyed several meals that were always delivered in a timely fashion @ the Jack's in Andalusia, I know faster service is possible. I'm hoping they catch on, soon ! read more

if I could do lower than one star I would. This was perhaps the most despicable restaurant experience I've had in my entire life. I'm normally a big fan of Jack's but this particular location should be wiped off the face of the earth. There were abt 7 people in front of me in line and it took a solid 45 minutes to even order. My name and order were butchered like a cow in a slaughterhouse and there were more flies in the restaurant than a plate of fries left outside on a warm summers day. Every employee I spoke to the whole time I was there should be looking into a new career because clearly any job where they have to deal with other humans isn't exactly for them. I went inside because drive thru was taking forever. One cashier 7 cooks. Took forever. I ordered 2 pc dark dinner. What I got was all white and so salty I could not eat it. It was so unorganized. This is not the first time I experienced the salty food bad service at Jack's. It appears there's a management problem. It's really sad cuz I was hoping something better for Florala. read more

When in the restaurant tonight and we went to restrooms and in the ladies the the toilet was running the button wasn't working and it was Dripping water on the floor, I try the button to see if I could stop it but wouldn't work saw the water dripping on floor and it speading on floor going into next stall so went to counter to place order there 2or3 people standing there to order told the workers about the toilet running and the water dripping on floor,heard one of worker ask where the night manager was,other worker said outside by their truck I told them they needed to put a bucket under the drip to catch the water to keep it from wetting the floor. I don't know who told the manager about it or me saying something about it. We are still Standing there to place our order and the night manager came up To me and told me she had all ready call someone about the toilet Running and she came up in my face and took my breath away with the smell of cigarettes on her ,I told her to get away from me because She SMELL, and she wasn't nice when she came up to me, and she got behind the counter she change ask who could she help and started waiting on people and another worker came up and I told them all I was doing was to let them know about the water dripping on floor. But I let it go we sit down and ate our fish sandwiches they cold and the fries was hot,my honey got up and he order 4 chicken strips because he was still hungry and he at the counter I went up there to get a refill sweet tea, before we left I went back counter to tell the cook the chicken strips was Great,the cook wasn't there but the night manager said she would let them know.
