Our server was taking care of all the tables on the bar side of the restaurant. She was seating people. She also was re-setting tables and manning the bar somehow. Brilliantly, professionally, and cheerfully. She was probably doing even more behind the scenes, like a superwoman.

When this was finally fixed and the sandwich was found it was very clear that the sandwich had been sitting on the heating rack for quite some time because all the lettuce and tomatoes were boiled with the heat making them in-edible and the chicken was dry.
