Food and service was on point. Definitely worth the stop. We hit this stop every year when we come down to the beach.

We had to wait a while but the good news is that there was a great beach area for the kids to run…read morearound and play while we waited. The kids loved it. We were a pretty large party and they seated us in their private event room which was AWESOME! The appetizers were great-- we got some sushi and fried cheese curds. And then we all enjoyed our main entrees...excellent. We took dessert home with us -- and the key lime pie was worth it! Shout out to our waitress, Christy!

Strong menu, cool vibe…read more.. The Bay has a great location (on the bay, in case you're wondering) and is setup well to enjoy the beauty of the waterfront. Big and small fire pits and chairs on the sand for those who want that, as well as a big open-air deck with a lot of tables. It's hard not to have a good experience in this setting. Seafood and sushi are their main offerings, though there are several steaks and other plates that will serve the non-fish people well. They've got a number of great looking apps, so you have variety for sure. We tried the trio of dips with cucumber and pita bread. I wish one of them hit it out of the park, but none did. The smoked feta was way smoked and too rich, while the guac option and the edamame option were nothing special. We'll try something else next time. The steak salad came was over-dressed... give the patron the dressing on the side to let them choose the right amount. The ravioli special came with two large pieces of grouper and, while slightly over cooked, contributed to dish with a lot of different tastes that went well together. In terms of drinks, the only NA offering is one Athletic lager ... please lean in on that and bring some more creativity to the NA cocktail and NA beer list. All said, though, it was a good meal and we'll come back with visitors to the area to share the place with others.

I had the crab cakes and shrimp which were also really good. Our server was great and the atmosphere is a throwback to the old Florida restaurants I enjoyed with my grandparents when I was a kid.

When we received the bill, it seemed higher than expected. Upon asking for clarification, we were told there was an 8% "packaging fee," which exceeded the local tax. This charge was not itemized as a packaging fee on the receipt--only listed as "8%"--and there was no explanation provided. Since it had been a long day and our order was already prepared, we chose to proceed with the purchase. What concerned us most was that this fee was neither disclosed on the website nor mentioned when we placed our order. We only became aware of it after questioning the total. Greater transparency would have been appreciated. If such charges were clearly communicated in advance, customers could make informed decisions. While we understand that restaurants operate with tight margins, unexpected fees leave a negative impression and ultimately influenced our decision not to return. We have enjoyed the food in the past, but at this price point, we would likely explore other options that we feel offer better overall value.

So on her recommendation we went! Boy are we ever glad that we did! It's now my favorite restaurant. There is a reason why SG has won so many numerous Awards. Everything we ordered was delicious & did NOT disappoint in any manner. There were 4 of us in our party. Unfortunately some of the food was so tasty looking I couldn't even get a picture before it was devoured! We started with the Grilled Meyer Garlic . Even my husband who doesn't care for ate 2! The combination of Meter & garlic was exceptional. We also ordered the Yellowfin Tuna Dip with the cutest & tastiest Sweety Drop Peppers, which none of us had ever seen or tasted before. What a combination. A friend in our Party, who is on a mission to find the BEST Tuna Dip, devoured it before I could even get a picture! This one has beaten any that she has tried in the area. My husband rated the Gumbo a 4.5 out of 5. I had the Key Lime /w vinegar slaw. Such a big serving for an appetizer. I crave these dusted with white & black sesame seeds now! The slaw was fresh, crunchy & surprisingly flavorful. BUT the BIG Winner was the Duck Fat Garlic Olive /w Truffle oil Parsley Parmesan Fries served /w Garlic Aioli! They need to serve it in a bigger basket because there were so many hands attempting to grab some fries at the same time it was comical! Good things we are all great friends! Even the crumbs of garlic on the bottom of the basket were fought over. So everything we ordered was prepared so well & scrumptious BUT let me tell you about our waitress Tiffany! She was exceptionally attentive, so pleasant & personable, efficient & thoughtful of our needs. She had several tables & we never needed to look for her, Tiffany was just always available. I worked my way through Nursing school as a waitress so I'm always aware of great service & how the wait staff can ruin a great meal. Also Leah the manager stopped by our table to check on everything. We had nothing but rave reviews from start to finish! We. Will. Be. Back!
