Horrible. Food was hard. Gave no straws no napkins got our order wrong and told us to pull forward to wait for our food and we waited about 15mins until we got food and then she tells us what's inside of the bag and we go to eat and it still WRONG! One of our burgers tasted like FISH!?! Fries were hard! Not happy. The first time I came here, it was so much better but today not happy! read more

When a person goes out to get fast food, normally they don't want to go through the hassle of doctoring their own food. How do you manage to mess up two burgers so badly? I asked for just ketchup and pickles on a single patty and they gave me the exact opposite. The other burger wasn't supposed to be a club but it was. Waited 15 minutes for our shake after getting food and the boy who came out to give them to us seemed stressed and frustrated with the incompetence of his coworkers. The place looked dirty looking from the inside out. Crazy how this place is still open. read more

Do not ask for dessert or sweet tea two hours before closing because they are not going to have it. (ran out of tea and shake machine is broken). Floor and tables are sticky. Bathroom is normally not cleaned. When the health department closed them for a week last year, they would have remained closed. Only the tourist passing through keep them open. read more

You should probably stop at nearly any other restaurant in Florala than this, the issue being that for all the signs out front describing food this is not, in fact, a place interested in serving you. Slide into the drive through and wait. And wait. And wait. Watch the other vehicles in line give up and pull away. Decide that you are not a quitter, you were not raised that way. Wait some more. Wait 30 minutes in the drive through line, at 9am, during a non holiday weekday. Eventually you will be rewarded: "Give us a moment..." but what they mean is not a moment. They are not cooking inside, they are watching wheat grow and the cows thicken. They will not reply if you protest, "I don't want to wait! Can you take my order?" No, you are not valuable for such things. Your purpose, no doubt, is to justify their employment. Eventually you might, like myself and others, concede defeat and simply drive away, marveling that such a place exists instead of being shut down for not making any money. I wonder what the owners are about, letting such a crew run amok with their property. But don't try to eat here: just a few miles down the road are many fine restaurants not staffed with loitering employees that can't properly manage a drive through or counter. Oh yes, did I mention the frustrated people leaving the inside with no food in hand, weaving through the drive through queue? I come through Florala once a year or so for a week while visiting family and every few years I forget just how miserable and useless this place is. Don't be like me. Its not worth it. read more

I really don't get all 3 bad reviews. I've been eating here for years, and although the service is sometimes lackluster, I've never had a product that I've felt that I needed to complain about. We live 8 miles from here, and have bought many breakfasts for my family while we were working on my Mother's house, and getting things ready for her estate sale. There are really no other "quick" food choices in town with the exception of Subway, or a Tom Thumb pizza slice. Like I said ...... we have never had any issues. This is absolutely the worst Hardee's I've ever been to. We ordered a ham egg combo. They charged $1.20 to add an egg. Then tell us the are out of ham. We change to a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit but she still charge us $7.47 for a combo that should have been $4.99. Once we finally received our biscuit, we had a half a piece of bacon torn in half ( 1/4 piece of bacon). Do not stop at this Hardee's. No one even apologized for all the mixup. read more

I hate bad reviews, however, yelping is the only way management listens . This is not a one time event happening here. I stopped several months ago to get some coffee. It was ice cold. I stepped inside and asked if I could get some hot. She said she didn't have any that time of day. I replied,"Well, you could have told me." Then she asked what I wanted her to do I replied I guess nothing but you can have this back. She said'"OK!" She took it back without giving me any money and said have a nice day. I sort of laughed it off it was only a cup of coffee. But it kept me from stopping here although it's a convenient stop on the way to beaches. This morning, evacuating from hurricane Michael, we were one of the first customers. We went into the restrooms before ordering. The Women's was dirty, toilets not flushed, tissue throughout. My husband mentioned later on the Men's was horrible,plunger in the middle of floor, feces on the sides of toilet, paper in the floor. Actually the Health Department should check this out we were the first customers so it was never cleaned the night before. We ordered two sausage biscuits. When we opened them they were ice cold(left over I presume) He carried them inside, she threw them in the trash and told the kitchen. Our next ones were very hot and fresh and the coffee hot and good. But all said it done, it's a hassle stopping here. This time it was nasty- bathrooms (won't say what was laying in floor of women's but they were used), dining room floor, drink dispenser... Stopped here for drinks after leaving the beach this morning. Wish we had read the other review. My wife noticed how horrible the women's restroom was with full trash can spilling out on floor. She mentioned it "needed attention" to young man at register and asked his female coworker to go check it out. She acted angry for being asked and then did nothing. The man at the register said, "we have been busy". Obviously, this place is poorly managed. Wonder what else they're too busy to do? I would avoid this place until they clean up their act, literally. read more

My husband and I have stopped at this Hardee's on our way to Florida several times. But, when we stopped on May 25, 2019, the bathrooms were filthy and grungy. Everything in their needed to have a power washing. The restaurant itself was not clean either, so we left. Whoever owns this needs a talkin' to. This is no way to run a food business. read more

This was the worst fast food establishment that I've ever stepped foot in. The restrooms were completely unusable, there was urine on almost every surface and the smell was unbearable. As for the service, it was painfully slow and completely unprofessional. The staff were loudly arguing with one another, disregarding the fact that they had a room full of customers, instead of providing service to the roughly 40 patrons inside the establishment. No one seemed to know what their responsibilities consisted of. It took at least 15 minutes to place our order and no shorter than 45 minutes to receive our food. Every table was completely disgusting, as was the floor. I observed no less than 5 insects crawling around the floor. There were roaches and beetles. There were no napkins at the table and no straws at the drink station. My soda was less than subpar. To top it all off, after FINALLY receiving my order (which was wrong), I ended up getting sick from the food. I wouldn't recommend this pathetic excuse for a fast food establishment to my worst enemy and will never return even if I were starving. I will be reporting this Hardee's to the Alabama Department of Public Health in hopes that it will get shutdown. read more

The little thick burgers are great. I don't like the newer buns for the bigger burgers cause they are too dry but they are at a lot of burger places now. Depending on who is cooking is how well the burgers are made, sometimes they are just throwed together with lots of mayo running out the sides. Wish they would bring back the fried chicken like they use to have. read more
