As someone who was a restaurant manager for over 15 years, this is not how you operate a business nor how you talk to customers. If your advertised hours are until 10 pm, you serve your customers until 10 pm and you don't get an attitude with them when they ask for a corporate number. She refused to give me any contact information for anyone in the store, hence me filling out an online complaint. (am exact copy of what I sent to corporate)
